I cannot login into my account

I cannot login into my account from web. It's asking always for 2FA through their app or external one, but the QR codes does not work.

I can't find useful informations into support center and it's impossible to reach anybody for help.

I thought you need to have a fully working platform before dropping human support, not vice-versa.

You have blocked my account

You have blocked my account. I have already sent all the requested documents and, so far, I have not received any information from you. I need access to my money. If the account is permanently blocked, I would like a clear explanation, as I no longer know what to do.

The most frustrating thing is that your customer service never resolves anything; they only give explanations to appease the customer while the money and the account remain blocked. This drastically increases our stress. I have customers waiting for products to be shipped, but the money is held on the platform. I can't make the refund because the account is blocked, and I also don't have the capital to cover the shipping costs any other way. Meanwhile, my website is receiving reports of scams, as customers make payments but don't receive the products. I can't ship them without first accessing the restricted funds in the wallet, since the linked withdrawal account is Payoneer. I ask that you return to providing customer service through Instagram as you did before, because the current situation is causing enormous frustration and harming my business.

Technical block remains after official unblock - 3 weeks without my funds

My account and cards were frozen on April 27 while I was traveling in Morocco. I provided all necessary documents via official email correspondence. After 2 weeks of review, on May 11, I received an official confirmation email stating that everything was cleared and my account was active again. However, this is a technical lie: my balances (USD/EUR) still show red restrictions on both the website and app, and my funds ($551) remain blocked. Today is May 19, and support has been completely ignoring my new emails and follow-ups for over a week. I am stuck abroad without access to my money because of your system bug. Fix the synchronization and release my funds! My Customer ID: 31222221

UPDATE MAY 21: You officially informed me that the block was lifted. However, the physical card is still rejected at stores and ATMs where it used to work perfectly fine. Your system successfully received the ATM request and even charged me a $1 fee for the declined attempt, which proves that the local network works, but Payoneer's internal processing is blocking the usage. Please fix this card-level restriction, refund the incorrect fee, and fully restore processing. Customer ID: 31222221

worst platform to get paid

Payoneer is the worst platform to get paid, I receved a payment in January and had to wait weeks before I got access to my money. I did all what they asked and the account verification was done. NOW! I got 2 Payments and guess what the money is PENDING again because the ACCOUNT IS NOT VERIFIED YET. So what did I do last time?? should you verify the account per every transaction???? PAYONEER SUCKS - WORST PAYMENT PROCESSOR DOESN'T EVEN WORK

PAYONEER SUCKS

I can't even pay an invoice. The two-factor authentication is terrible. I've never had a harder time sending a payment to someone through the app. I click a link sign in, authenticate, and it makes me sign in again and I'm stuck in an infinite loop where I can never actually pay an invoice. Then it makes me verify through email, phone number AND scanning a QR code. All to be redirected to sign in again. I never leave bad reviews but it took me literally an hour to send someone $30. Awful experience, don't recommend.

One of the most frustrating payment…

One of the most frustrating payment platforms I’ve used.

Transactions get stuck for days with no clear explanation while support keeps sending copy-paste replies. If a payment cannot go through, reject it and return the funds instead of freezing users’ money.

On top of high transaction fees, there are also confusing annual charges with little transparency. For freelancers and small earners, delayed payments create real problems.

Very disappointing experience.

This service is an absolute nightmare!

This service is an absolute nightmare! I carefully corrected my name spelling during the registration process, but the system ignored my input and proceeded with a misspelled letter anyways. Also it wouldn't let me type my full correct address, I contacted support immediately to fix these mistakes before the account was even active.
They told me they were 'reviewing' it, but then ghosted me for days. When I tried to log in after few days, I never received 2FA codes via SMS or call and I tried to call customer support for that issue, again they ghosted me, and when I tried to reset my password instead I got a blank screen, I contacted support multiple times to all of these issues . Instead of helping, When I tried to log in to follow up, the system flagged my attempts as 'suspicious' and locked my account.
later I contacted them one last time , I tried calling them but I couldn't and I continued with the email and I provided my official documents to fix these issues, and Instead of helping me, their support refused to even review them and instead permanently closed my account citing a vague 'TOS' violation, absolutely horrible experience, I couldn't even start freelancing

Balance Disabled Without Reason + Bank Verification Stuck 67 Days

My account balance was active until I submitted bank verification documents. Shortly after submission, the balance was suddenly disabled without any notice or explanation.

There is absolutely no reason for my balance to be disabled — this account has zero transaction history (no payments received, no withdrawals, no transfers whatsoever).

Bank verification has been stuck “Under Review” for nearly two months:
- Bank account name verification — submitted 03/11/2026
- Bank Document — submitted 03/20/2026
All documents have been submitted with no open requirements remaining.

I have contacted support multiple times, but only received repetitive copy-paste replies saying “under review, please wait.” Tickets were closed without any proper resolution. For almost 2 months, I have not received a single meaningful answer. The latest response even mentioned Ukraine sanctions (Donetsk/Luhansk), which is completely irrelevant to my account in South Korea.

This extreme delay is causing significant damage to my business operations.

I need clear and immediate answers:
1. Why was my balance disabled right after submitting bank documents, when there is zero transaction history and the account was previously active?
2. When will the verification be completed and my balance reactivated?

I am extremely disappointed with the level of support from Payoneer

For months, I have been trying to get assistance regarding my account and payment-related issues, but emails go unanswered and support responses are either delayed or completely absent. As a registered business, this situation is now affecting our operations and ability to receive funds from international marketplaces such as eBay.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and urgency from a company handling business finances. Businesses depend on reliable payment processing, and being left without meaningful support for extended periods is unacceptable.

I have already exhausted the normal support channels and this Trustpilot review is now my last resort in hopes of getting attention from Payoneer’s escalation team.

I respectfully request an urgent review of my case, immediate follow-up from a senior support representative, and a clear resolution regarding my account issues.

I truly hope Payoneer can resolve this matter professionally and restore confidence in their service.

I ordered a Payoneer credit card back…

I ordered a Payoneer credit card back in 2023 and never received it. After waiting for a long time, I contacted support multiple times asking where the card was and why there was no update. Nobody could give a clear answer, and the situation was never properly resolved.

Then, at the end of 2025, almost on autopilot, I suddenly received a notification saying that a “new” credit card had been sent via DHL. I thought finally the issue was fixed. But once again, after months of waiting, no card arrived at all. No proper tracking updates, no communication, nothing.

Half a year later, I received another message saying the cards were returned back to Europe. And that was it — once again no solution, no active support, no real explanation, and still no credit card.

The whole experience has been extremely confusing and disappointing. The support feels disconnected from the actual problem, and the service management around card delivery is honestly shocking. Waiting years for a basic banking card issue to remain unresolved is unacceptable.

Heavy delay in onboarding time.very worst services

Heavy delay in onboarding time appx. 15 days. Customer care services are very poor. The company had tie up with Etsy and I don't know how Etsy is tolerating this worst company. I applied for an account on Payoneer 14 days ago but still my verification is pending. I wrote many emails to my account manager associated to me but she didn't reply.
Hopeless company.
