I heard the Radio Dj on 96.1 Kiss FM (Mikey) talk about how easy it was, and it really was so simple and so much more inexpensive than what the eye doctor was charging, I got 2 pair with polycarbonate lenses for the price they wanted for 1 pair at the eye doctor.

This is the second time ordering glasses thru Payne Glasses. Loved the first pair, even after a minor prescription error which was fixed so quickly and the glasses are prefect, fit & prescription! So this order, I ordered them with transitions in grey shades...looking forward to the same great fit!!!

I wanted to let you know about a frustrating experience I had while trying to place an order for prescription sunglasses. I spent about 15 minutes trying to work through the ordering system, but I was unable to complete the order. Since I was having trouble, I called customer service hoping a representative could help me place the order.
Unfortunately, the representative was not helpful and was unable to assist me in completing the purchase. As a result, I gave up on ordering the prescription sunglasses and only ordered my other glasses.
I would appreciate it if you could review the issue with your ordering system and the customer service experience, as I expected more support when I called for assistance.

After your annual eye exam, go right to Payne with your prescription
I just ordered two pairs of glasses and these fit amazingly. My vision benefits start over in July, but my existing lenses were all scratched up so I really didn't want to spend too much on what might have been a temporary pair of glasses. These fit so well that I'm probably not even going to use my vision benefits this year cuz for a fraction of the price I got better glasses from Payne. I work for a hospital and have top tier benefits, so it's really impressive to me that I can get such a high quality product for so much cheaper. I didn't think the virtual try on tool would be as dead on accurate as it was, thinking the frames were going to be too big or too small. Very satisfied customer!

Scam company
Scam company that will make your glasses wrong then refuses to refund the money back for the warranty on them when you return the glasses and have nothing to have a warranty on anymore.No "multiple return options were provided nor was any warranty used and all major retail companies refund back unused warranty funds.The only return option was to return and get cheated out of money apparently.

We understand that not every frame or lens design works for every wearer, which is why we offer returns, remakes, and exchanges to help customers find a solution that works for them. In your case, multiple return and remake options were provided throughout the process.
