I will say this
I will say this. In the beginning everything seems fine as you are going through the ordering process. However the moment you ask why things are taking long with the order they get upset and just cancel orders. Could be a blessing in disguise. If this is how they treat customers during the order I can only imagine after the order.

I had questions about ordering a second…
I had questions about ordering a second pair of darker transition lenses that would darken in the car as well as more than when outside in the sun. I called and spoke to Justin in Customer Service. He was excellent! I give him 5 stars for the explanation and all of the help in me getting my second pair of glasses. He was fantastic! My second order was a bit pricey but they should fit the needs I have.

Awful customer service
The glasses were too small and I tried to contact them on Thursday to do an exchange but they took so long to respond until it was finally Monday when they got back to me with an exchange code. Now it’s going to take another 12 days for my new glasses to arrive and I had to pay full price for both pairs because they wouldn’t respond to me. It’s going to take me close to a month to get the glasses I need. Their customer service is terrible.

Broken frames not replaced.
Received glasses in July 2025 and frames broke on January 3, 2026. Frames broke (cracked) where leg attaches to frame. I emailed Payne regarding warranty and asked if a new frame only could be sent as lenses are fine. Well, I did not receive a new frame. I glued the broken pieces together which did not last. I finally ordered a new pair from another company that has excellent customer service.
