Yesterday, Paul installed our new oil boiler and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. He was professional, organized, courteous, and efficient. I highly suggest his services.

Paul has been looking after our external Worcester boiler since it was installed in 2019. He arrives when he says he will (or earlier) keeps me informed of what's required, and fixes whatever needs doing with minimum of fuss (and reasonable price). So good to have local, reliable people like Paul Williams andI thoroughly recommend the company.

I needed a new Worcester Bosch gas boiler to replace the old one which we'd had for over 23 years.
Having contacted several local suppliers for quotes, Paul Williams stood out as being the best value for money and with a very good track record according to online reviews as well as from other local plumbers.
On the day of fitting Paul arrived promptly to start the job, well before 8am, and we were greeted with a broad smile and a very pleasant and helpful demeanour.
Paul worked very well to complete the job on schedule, despite, one or two unforeseen hiccups, such as the lack of drain for the overflow pipe. Paul worked around the problem using a limestone basin as a soak away, sourcing material from a local building supplier.
Paul came back the next morning to run through the operating system and to fit the carbon monoxide monitor.
I would highly recommend Paul Williams for anyone needing a new gas boiler to be fitted. Paul is highly skilled, professional, and helpful and he provides excellent value for money.

Very pleased with our new Worcester-Bosch Greenstar boiler. The old one was nearing the end of it’s life, so searching the official Worcester-Bosch website of recommended installers I found Paul Williams Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The reviews were very positive coupled with the fact he lives nearby. I contacted him by email giving our requirements, Paul quickly responded with a very acceptable quotation and made a site visit to consider a new pipe run and pump in the loft. We only had to wait two weeks for Paul and co to arrive on Monday 18th July at 7.30 in the morning, as it was forecast to be the UK’s hottest day. We were most impressed with the competency, efficiency and dedication to the job shown by Paul and James. Doing the loft work early meant that they did not have to endure the heat for too long. The whole process went very well with no problems. With the loft work complete, new flue, radiators flushed and boiler fitting completed Paul recommissioned and tested the system, tidying up and completing the paperwork soon after midday. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Williams Plumbing & Heating Ltd, very friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

A WELL DESERVED 5 STARS. PAUL AND HIS COLLEAGUE ARRIVED SPOT ON TIME ON THE DATE WE ARRANGED. HE REMOVED MY OLD BOILER AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE WITH ALL THE LATEST OIL BOILER UP GRADES. ALL RADIATORS WERE FLUSHED AND CHECKED, AND THEN HE GAVE ME INTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF MY NEW BOILER. MY OLD BOILER WAS TAKEN AWAY AND EVERTHING WAS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY. A TRULY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION. I HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING PAUL IF YOU NEED A NEW BOILER.

The new Boiler was installed on Monday 14 February by Paul Williams Plumber & Heating Limited. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and would highly recommend his company for their excellent service.

We thoroughly recommend Paul and his team. They arrived at 8.0 am and by 2.30 pm we had a new boiler installed, radiators checked and flushed through, and a lovely warm house. Paul was friendly, professional and very efficient. He and his team did an excellent job. Thank you Paul.

Needing our old outside boiler replacing Paul was recommended by Worcester Bosch. In replacing our old boiler we have had the pleasure of meeting a truly professional person his work is thorough and excellent. Very respectful and understanding to our particular needs. He also took time to explain fully to us various procedures which is quite rare nowadays . Being an outside boiler it was extremely cold and raining Paul got on with the job without any complaints. Having had this experience with Paul my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Great bloke, would give him 10 stars if we could.

First class service. Prior to October I had no dealings with Paul, but I was suddenly in a situation when my oil central heating boiler was broken. I was perusing a well known search engine on my computer, and could not ignore the impecable reviews Paul already had clocked up. I decided to phone him, and he arranged to visit within a couple of days.Very quickly Paul demonstated knowledge, competance and fair pricing giving me the confidence to proceed with the replacement installation.
On the installation day Paul arrived before 0800 am, with his excellent team members, James and Jamie. All 3 guys guys demonstated great professionalism, excellent work ethics, teamwork and fabulous knowledge to resolve any and every issue associated with boiler replacements.
I am pleased to confirm that one week later that the whole installation works superbly and Paul will be our future first point of contact for anything heating, plumbing related.

Fair play Paul and his team are fantastic, they were professional, installed a Oil combi boiler, new rads and pipe work to an extremely high standard. Top blokes and all in all a top class service.

A first class service, friendly and efficient . Contacted Paul about 3 weeks ago for a quote for a new boiler , told him the basics , he quickly came back to me with a ball park price. Site visit followed, he firmed up the price . Phoned Friday to say he could come today, He arrived a couple of minutes early got stuck in boiler was fitted , making good all done, boiler tested and all fine he was gone by 3.00 A follow up visit next week and he even arranged for the old boiler to be removed , No hesitation in recommending him
