Pastelloves is an amazing store! My item was shipped very quickly and delivered without any issues. Customer service is great and all of the merchandise is very high quality for a reasonable price. I can’t wait to try more wigs and clothing from this shop!

I bought a couple of wigs and hoodies there. The wigs are SUPER cute and bouncy!! The hoodies are true to pictures & SUPER soft! I definitely cant wait to wear them this winter. Every other kawaii-itemed shopped is SO overpriced and scammy... but pastelloves is very accurate & affordable !<3 IM FOREVER A CUSTOMER!

Good quality, good prices
They have good quality products for good prices. Their shipping is decent for overseas shipping it only took about 2 weeks to arrive which isn’t bad at all! I was very happy with the sweater I ordered and I recommend them if you are interested in shopping at Pastel Loves Store.
