I ordered because they were offering a free gift with every order and I was looking for something new. I got the item I ordered, but not the free gift. Which wasn’t a big deal. I just wanted to let them know so someone else wouldn’t leave a bad review. They apologized and sent me a gift! The clothing is very soft and durable as well.

A Complete Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!!!
I regret ever ordering from Pastell Loves. After weeks of waiting and being forced to reorder items that mysteriously went out of stock, the package finally arrived. What a joke! The clothes are poorly made, outrageously small, and some were even damaged. Out of the entire order, only one item was remotely wearable. For €90, I expected something of quality, but instead, I received garbage.
To make matters worse, the customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out, but there’s been no response. It feels like a complete scam. I want my money back, but honestly, I’m not even hopeful. Save yourself the stress and avoid this store entirely!

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with!
After seeing all the good reviews, I thought I’d give this store ago (and how could I not with all the cute clothes). But wow do I regret it! I spent $162 on 3 items with express shipping. A few days after ordering, they email me telling me that every single item that I had ordered was apparently bad quality and they had to cancel the whole order. They then sent me some links and asked me what I’d like to cover it with. After looking through I decided I wanted a refund instead. The company relentlessly tried to get me to order something else in its place, they even went as far to try and tell me that I could even be a partner with them (weird). That leads me to believe that most of the good reviews posted are from people making commission. I pushed for a refund and they then made the excuse that they had apparently run out of refunds to give for the month. I was annoyed at this point and told them that I’d give them 30 days to give me the refund before I contact PayPal.
I didn’t hear from them until today where they had the cheek to tell me that they could only give me back $64 out off the $162 I spent because of an apparent 40% commission. This was beyond ridiculous and obvious at this point they just wanted to pocket my money. I only got my money back after threatening to dispute them with PayPal and luckily they refunded me but gosh… what a waste of time and stress that isn’t needed. This company is all over the place and beyond unprofessional. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
Also forgot to mention that they randomly messaged me on Instagram saying “ Hello sweetie.how are you?” After I initially asked for the refund. Don’t know if that was just a coincidence but it’s beyond weird!
Very Very Poor Quality
I placed an order after getting a promo code and the promise of some free gifts. I get a message a few days later that they’re out of one of my items, so I choose a replacement of equal value. The items do arrive but the gifts weren’t there, the shoes were of EXTREMELY low quality and one of the shoes that looked adjustable was not and thusly doesn’t fit me. I contacted the company to ask to return the items as I can’t use them and they said that it wouldn’t be worth it cost wise and Chinese customs wouldn’t take them back anyway. I tried to find a solution but after a few messages got ghosted. Guess I’m stuck with useless crap

May 30th, I ordered items for 74USD, and NOTHING has happened since "confirmed order" on the 30th. My package hasn't even left the facility, despite the website saying delivery time is typically 15 days. One thing is the package taking longer to be transported, but it hasn't even been SENT yet. It's been 2 months.
Upon buying a skirt, they sent me the wrong colour that wasn't even a colour option on their website... They apologized with a $20 discount coupon when I asked to return it and receive a refund on the skirt.
They're also VERY slow to update item information when something is sold out, so there's a chance you pay for something no longer in stock and must pick other items instead AFTER payment.
The craftsmanship on their backpacks are poor, with the handle of "Cute plush backpack PL21153" breaking after 2 weeks of use. The ear of "Cute Lolita backpack PL51413" Cinnamoroll edition was incorrectly sewn on as well.
Take CAUTION when ordering!
Buyer Beware: Order didn't arrive. Store owner and associates will not help you issue refund. Was ignored when reminding them of terms and conditions.

Refund status: Didn't receive refund.
Rating of customer service's one-contact resolution: Very poor. 0.5/5 stars. You'll have to go through 2-3 representatives before locating the other business email that they have on their site.
Customer service response time: 4/5. They respond within a day or two. More operative on weekdays than weekends.
I ordered some peach earrings in the beginning of January 2021. It's been more than 8 weeks and 2 months as of today, and they still have not arrived. Last week, I checked the status of my order and there has been no further updates from the very first day when the order was placed: "This facility has received your shipping information."
When I emailed the owner last night to inform them of this issue, they said that they won't issue a refund because *their business* will be charged for an incentives fee. Their business should be able to cover the cost, and I, the customer, shouldn't have to pay their shipping fees because they failed to keep track of the products that they ship.
One of the representatives that I spoke to named Guo Miya, was not very helpful. The language barriers were not an issue, but her avoidance of owning the customer a refund was very distasteful.
I spoke to her several times through email that I didn't want the earrings anymore. Secondly, I requested a refund 3 times, but she didn't initiate a refund. She only reordered the item and said, "I think you will like the product." I also requested to speak to the store owner and a manager, but again, she avoided those questions.

It's not worth initiating a purchase with this merchant as they are not aware of shipping delays nor are they aware of your product's shipping updates. There is one representative that's asked me directly for my order number to process the cancellation, highly appreciated. However, I would suggest that working with Paypal to resolve your issue as they'll ask you for proof of your order and conversation with the merchant, is more responsive when it comes to transactions, is a better outcome.
With the concerns of a global pandemic, it is understandable most independent store owners would have difficulty keeping up with their products. However, I've been treated with more respect with companies such as blvcchi/Cozy Kids Club, and they responded to my inquiries faster (and very informative social media posts). However, pastelloves has not listened to my requests well, and being purposefully ignored to the point where they're very defensive about not giving you a refund... this is a very different facade on their Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook personas.
If you're looking to buy an item from this store, buyer beware. You'll have better response times, and any conflicts with your item not arriving on time will be handled with more delicacy.
Posting this review as of 5/15/2021. My current status with this product is that it's been undelivered, and still located in China. Checking today on its Chinese tracking system, it says "Your order has been shipped." But nowhere else on if that item is going through customs. It's still in the same facility and has not traveled anywhere else.
Again, you'll have better luck finding the items that you need on Etsy or more popular indie stores.
Conditions for future shoppers if your item has not arrived and you're looking to change your order:
