Didn't get to do 1 bet asked customer service some questions they wouldn't answer and locked me out of my account and took my money scam .

Avoid

Go with PokerStars or GG. If your short stack in the bubble no matter what you have you’ll get knocked out. On a few occasions now I’ve hit a full house on the flop and got a player all in who had low pockets then the turn and river gives them the exact cards they need for quads. Also PP apply a loss limit which for me is the same when I was unemployed to now that I have a full time job which pays well. They won’t even consider increasing it unless I send in a bank statement or payslip as if anyone in their right mind would give them access to that information. Customer service have always been unhelpful and there are next to no promotions. Had this account for over a decade but rarely use it anymore, other sites are much better.

Wowzers, this site does not respect your business. Generally at a casino such as 777, if you deposit, you can then go to thed chat and get a goodwill bonus. Sometimes you get it, sometimes not. It only takes a minute to check.

At partypoker, they dont want you to ask. Infact, if you do they will put blocks on your account.

Blocks? What kind? They wont say. Could they block you from winning? Who knows. This is what was said to me on chat after i requested once at 1 am and then again almost 24 hours later:

Please refrain from dcdoing multiple goodwill gesture requests over a short period of time Natahn.

So for days now I’ve been trying to withdraw my money, managed to get up to £10,000 and I still couldn’t withdraw it!

Complained and they did not help one bit, “try this method, try that method” over and over again to no avail!

And then the tip of the iceberg, after following the instructions of the customer service agent, I log back onto my account to find that over £8000 has been removed, and the excuse given was that I played a poker hand and lost it all… please! I was video recording at the time of this apparent poker hand. I sent it as proof and they still won’t do anything about it, I’ve been waiting days for £3,400 to hit my account and still nothing let alone the £10,000.

Absolutely disgusting, I have written a full complaint to the gambling commission who are looking into this, I have sent them screen recordings and screenshot’s and they are truly helping, however I will keep escalating this until my £10,088 is deposited to my bank account, along with the £1691 that’s left in the account, the £318 and the £1001, as well as the £1080.

what the FFFFF is with the river card on this site ? so many bad beats and mostly from the river card .. I would give this site 0 stars and also GG poker BS site to scam you out of your money

Cant make withdrawal at all
Even tho i am logged in with BankID all time and have sent them several pdf copies of my bank account and bills !

No support just an auto answer that keeps saying different things like send in pdf file

Last time i tried Trustly but still got mail i should send my bank account in pdf format. Even tho i did several times

This site is a scam. From the beginning to the end. They take your money, they control the tables and outcomes and then they leach information out of you to get your refund (if you have anything left and want to get out). Never give/disclose these people your bank acct, transit, branch number or swift numbers for a refund. If you want to try this site use visa and make sure you can call visa for a full refund when Ppoker stops contacting you through email. They will if they cannot gain full access to your bank information. Gamble responsibly.

I enjoy playing there,deposit and witdrawal are fast and costumer support is great. The only thing that got me to drop 1 star is the software that needs improvement and the trafic that is sometimes low, other than that, its the most reliable and trustworthy site around.

Please guys read reviews first I can assure you there is no such a thing as random card generator on this site.
SAVE your money save your time and don't deposit even 1$ to this site.its just eating your time it's unplayable the site it's designed to rake you as much as possible so they making a money they don't care about customers they are here just for collecting money.. If u want to play poker go and Play Live don't give them crooks even 20cents.. Its really disgusting in 2022 this fraudulent company still operating

I was expecting the welcome bonus and free chips for a promo code. IF YOU WANT YOUR BONUS YOU HAVE TO PUT WORK IN. They gave me nothing. It will involve hours of work and complaining. I cant even get my money back now they want a picture Id and whole pile of crap. Im leaving the money i deposited in there and deleting the account. Thats how much trouble this was. keep my 40 bucks and all the fake bonuses . This site reminds of a drug dealer that used to go to my school at lunch time. He had the whole ripping people off thing figured out to a tee.

The crashing during tournaments is annoying, log back in tell you tournament ended, (witch it hasn't). Bad beats is a given, its poker. Though I would never play cash games on this site. I'm sure I split the pot with a pair when I had a flush, but whatever. Partypoker off the past was much better than this, but then I played on pc, the app is crap. Just play small tournaments here. Don't gamble real amounts. There is to many unknowns, and trust me I play plenty sites, this joint bugged out on app. Don't risk it. I'm good with the fun tournaments. I'll still play but for fun just. (Partypoker) Send a few ppl to trial a few other sites, you will see the difference yourselfs. I promise.

Can’t trust this site.

Trying to withdraw money and they reversed the transaction 4 days later. No message to let me know anything and only after I contacted their team did they tell me they were investigating. I retried withdraw and it’s been another 4 days and nothing.

This seems like they are trying to keep traffic and money on the site. I’ll be closing my account after I receive my withdraw. To think this site used to be one of the best… what a fall from grace.

Poor customer service, here is a response I just got:

“ We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that, unfortunately there is no update on the matter as of now. All relevant departments are engaged with highest priority and we are doing our utmost in order to resolve your case as soon as possible. ”

…”highest priority”… isn’t making sure your customers are happy your highest priority???

Joke of a website.

I withdraw 5k using Interact email transfer on December 1st, 4 business days later they claimed their provider rejected the transaction (maybe provider doesn’t have enough money, understandable). Asked me for wire transfer which I gave, wire transfer rejected because of incorrect information ( I’m investigating with my bank with difficulties without transaction receipt) it’s been 13 days without money) my username is kingofslaves, i will give u guys an update if I receive money.

Update: they claimed to send to my bank but was rejected, never send me any wire info to give the bank. The bank say they will do an investigation but will take 5 to 7 business days because I don’t have any info for them. I sent PP a different bank account 3 times over last 30 hours but every time they said I should send in correct bank info. Either they are incompetent or something else going on. I updated 2 star to 1 star. People should avoid this site . Will update again

Update 2:

I provided new banking info for the 4th time to them and they still won’t process, keep asking for updates with correct information. This is a joke they are trying on me or at least they got me to think so. No money , nothing processed.
