I play nearly full time and make money off the cash back unfortunately partypoker will let you think you have clearly reached the cutoff point for a rake back target only to find out that you have been paid a lot less for the previous target. A dirty low tactic by partypoker.

It's a scam! Really hard to contact with complaints on several occasions I've had to split the pot in poker when I clearly had the winning hand I even have a screenshot this time as proof I had a full house and the pot was spit between myself and a player with a pair! I will not be depositing again 😡

I toke out $300 and now any time I play I go all in and the site just gives me bad beat after bad beat, it’s not fair one day this site will get court out with the algorithm system they have to share the money around to keep it in the site. I’m done any one know a true fair site please.

I don't think they should be in business. Not because it's rigged or because they're financially unstable (it's not, they're not)- but because they simply don't care about customers. their customer service team is wholly inadequate, they have no technical knowledge, they don't know the Ts&Cs of the product. I think its so bad that I've requested copies of all contact with PP, as to raise a case with the relevant regulators - that they are neither fair nor responsible. If your product breaks, you should automatically get a refund to your customer.

Just read some of the previous reviews and my experience is very similar. So many bad beats. Other players over raising with weak hands that im beating to then get a river card that take the hand. I know this is part and parcel of poker but it seems to happen way too often and generally when the pot size is large. Theyve had my money now. I will never spend another penny with them and i would say the same to anybody reading this review

No matter how good i play or put myself in positions ahead i lose. The math and luck just wasnt there for me. Horrible expirience for me.

Very sketchy site. They make it so you have to split withdraws through 2-3 payment methods. But half the time 1 or 2 of those methods are down. So you want to withdraw 500 but it only lets you withdraw a third of that and the rest gets reapplied to your account without any notification so when your playing you don't truly know your bank role. Before you know it you don't have any withdraw left. Very sketchy do not trust.

Please do not play the casino on party poker, I played fishing frenzy the big catch all started off well I hit the jackpot game within 20 spins, there are 3 jackpots on this game and the same jackpot game covers all jackpot slots on this site, so I hit the jackpot game the jackpots are made up of 3 jackpots gold silver and bronze, gold being around 1.2m silver around 25k and bronze around 1k so I'm in and I'm thinking nice I might actually win some real cash here so I start playing my jackpot game I spin and the goal is to fill up your 15 reel slots with golden crowns so I spin and fill up the screen with around 9 of these crowns, then the game lls me to choose one of 4 bonus games so I choose one of these and all of a sudden bam, it kicks me out of the game mid game for no reason so after re-loading the game I'm still in I think ok must have just been a glitch let's carry on, so I choose one of these 4 bonus games again and this time it spins and fills up my 15 square grid to about 12 crowns I think nice this looks good so then the game tells me to choose again so I choose one of the 4 boxes it says collect...how much did I win? There is nothing wrong with the site I’ve been playing poker on it for years, never had any withdrawal issues it usually takes up-to 4 hours onto my bank card but sometimes is in within a couple hours. The customer service are good they reply back by email to me quickly, the fishing frenzy megaways is a fun game. They also look out for you too with monthly spending limits loss limits etc.

the games rigged big stacks always seem to knock smaller stacks out who have the better hand with absolute trash hands time and time again.

Party Poker are crooks with there programming avoid allin preflop against bigger stacks late on. Also they have a promotion that when you play fast forward cash games of 0.5/0.10 blind for any pocket pictures cards dealt you get a box to pick from. Well i got 3 pocket pairs AA KK JJ and only got one box to open when your entitled to 3. Emailed them still no answer!

There Poker software isn't RNG its more like RIG for "rigged" the game isn't fair if your winning to much there programme will pick up on it and put on a serious BAD BEAT programme! I'm surprised sites like this are still up and running and getting away with this kind of misconduct

Full of bots or in-house players, that every time can beat your hand, even with only a 2% chance they hit. - AND YOU JUST KNOW IT. It's every time. Sometimes they give you a GOOD RUN, but after that, you lose everything. Every user bot is so easy to recognize. They always have names like "WheelChair82" RandomWord12 Always AlphaAlphaNumber or AlphaAlpha_Number. Either a big bot ring or in-house players. But nobody does anything about it.

Don't believe what they are cable of? Just see their "Poker Whiz"-tool. Their huge AI system will make you lose if you don't play like the 'book'. It's so OBV.

Their RNG system is different from what they actually run. They have software they show to get the qualification certificate, and one they back up once they are done.

They have then invented the term "Variance" which magically suddenly prevents you from winning. But it's not the software, it's the variance, right??? HAHAHA!!

Just because you make a lot of money, doesn't mean you have all the power you want and can cheat people with your fancy software. We will soon see PartyPoker bankruptcy due to their real reveal.

The number of 3 -10% hands that hit on the river is ridiculous. Ive been playing on this site for well over a year and I'm starting to get tired of the continuous all in calls with air that hit bizarre straights on the river or backdoor flushes. Yes Im a wining player but I'm sure the bellcurve for my hand history would show that the stats don't quite follow as typical. In the past week I have lost AA to trips more times than I care to imagine. The players are always £1K or £2K in the red.

I suggest everyone gets poker tracking tools to see the variance this site generates isn't typical. Im leaving this site

I know Partypoker are regulated but what’s the point if you don’t comply with regulations? I worked in the legal team of a company that provided services that were regulated by the Gambling Commission so I know companies are expected to deal with a complaint within 2 months and a data protection legislation Subject Access Request within one month. Party poker failed to meet both deadlines despite being provided with screenshots and video of the issue.
The max penalty for breaching data protection legislation in the UK is £10m or 2% of global turnover, whichever is higher. If party poker are unable or unwilling to comply with data legislation, any issue you have will be way down in their priority list.
Incidentally, slow resolution of issues seems to be something of a theme. If you look into the bug on their Fast Forward tables that negatively affected customers and the amount of time it took to resolve once known, you might think twice about playing on this site.

Hi I have played on line poker and real poker for about 15 years. My experience with Party Poker was the worst 3 Months of my Life. Lost at Least 4,000 Us Dollars in 3 Months trying to find out a solution. My worst was in a Cash Game 100US and I Have AA, My oponent AQ. AQ raises I re Raise they Raise to about 30 US and I Shove. THEN once the 100 Dollar all in is made it Gives the option to pull out and AQ goes with it Not even suited mind you. Flop is QQ Never has this happened to me STAY WAY AWAY from this site

PartyPoker decided to ban my account without an explanation, I tried to contact them to reopen it and ask why it has been banned and all they said was they can ban an account without giving an explanation and if I try to open another one the funds will be confisticated. This company is not trustworthy, if you want your account to be banned for no reason then sign up with them. You are better off with Poker Stars or 888 poker. You will get better customer service.

I am classed as disabled. Not moaning just glad to be alive. But I am in & out of hospital on a Weekley basis.

Tournament tickets disappeared when I was in hospital.

I sent 6 emails asking werw these had gone.

One of the tickets was for 125 dollars

The next thing my account has been closed. An on the e mail it said I had closed it ????
