Very quick pickups, wonderful people. Secure location. We left a bag behind, and called he next day. They were on top of it and arranged to have it shipped to us. Great experience, highly recommend.

BEWARE!!!! DAMAGE TO VEHICLE!!! Should have trusted my instinct when I first arrived. When we returned from our trip it took over a half hour to be picked up only to find numerous SRAPES AND SCRATCHES to the bumper of my brand new truck. Before drafting this post I did some more research and found that other customers had the same issue. The attendant called the owner Kevin Arregoces who came, wiped down the bumper of my car with a cloth and offered two days off of the parking for compensation. When I asked him to fix the bumper to my new truck he declined to do ANYTHING! He was smug and unapologetic. Now go ahead Kevin respond with some excuse as you have with any negative review that you and your business has ever received.

We were very happy with the business, they emailed us in the morning we got back, they arrived promptly, were pleasant and helpful to everyone , in spite of how busy it was. I use a walker and have some mobility issues, they were kind and patient with me. Back at the lot the cars had been moved to the shuttle stop and the bags were unloaded and put in your vehicle. The staff worked very, very hard with unfailing good humor. Highest marks for this great business.

Super fast service.
They made a reservation for me last minute over the phone and when I arrived they attended me right away gave me Instructions to wear a sticker and call only once st the stop.
Help me unload my luggage and took me to the airport. On the return I did just that and as instructed there they where. Will send all my friends and family over

Great service all the way.
Not only was it affordable but service was better then ever expected.
They help us with our bags took us to the front of the terminal almost right away. And the return was even better wore my sticker and with in minutes a driver arrived help me with my luggage to the car and also loaded them to the trunk.

Not well marked lot especially whrn something else is going on in the area. Ripped my companions brand new suitcase loading into trailer. Pick up however was ridiculous, first they tell you to get of the ship early and as they should know one has no control over departure time. We got off our ship at 9am to be told we had just missed the shuttle. After more than 45 minutes and 2 phone calls to an very unplesant receptionist we finally had a shuttle arrive. We stood in the same place at the shuttle area near the curb with our orange stickers. With the sheriff directing traffic looking out for the shuttle also, especially since we were told one had come through and had not seen us anywhere. Not sure we will use again.

From pick up at terminal 21 had to go to another ship and wait 40 minutes there and then back to terminal 21 to pick up more parkers. It took 1 hours and 10 minutes from pick up to get to my car. I contacted company to complain. No response. Ridiculous.

Park by the Ports was a much less expensive alternative to parking at the port of hotel. Their shuttle service was good and the staff very pleasant to deal with. It is a bit off the beaten path, but with a GPS easy to find and not far from Port Everlgades. If we cruise out of Ft Lauderdale again, we will definitely use them. The one thing I would recommend is to clean off the car windshield the day the customer is to pick up the car. We had to drive all the way home with the 18 (for our date of return) on the corner of the windshield. Kind of looks tacky driving home with that on the car.

We arrived @ 5am and there we absolutely no lights on, or signage, where we were. Felt like we took a wrong turn on a dirt road; honestly, it was scary and intimidating for 4 women. Other than THAT... Anthony was great. Our new car came back in one piece w no scratches, so overall we are happy. Definitely needs help w lighting though.

Our experience with Park by the Ports last year was excellent. Timely service to the port for our cruise ship departure and very little wait on the way back. Very comfortable vehicle for the ride over.

Good Start: Drop off of car was good. Easy to find - promptly greeted - only short wait for van to leave for the ship. 10 minute trip to the port.
Poor Finish: Per the instructions, we contacted Park by the Ports when we knew we would be off the ship. They said the van would be there waiting for us. Since our luggage was being removed by Carnival to the waiting and by the luck of the draw, we were the second to the last group off the ship. When we got a luggage and arrived at the pick up point, other Park by the Ports customers were waiting for the van. After an hour of waiting, we called and they said a van had already been by there (a flat out lie). The other customers tried calling and would only get a recording. Several more phone calls and finally they said they were on their way. Wait time - almost one hour and twenty minutes. Needless to say, us and the other customers were not happy, waiting for what is a 10 minute ride to and from Park by the Ports. Apparently they were having employee issues judging from a few conversations we heard. Would not use them again - Unreliable and not forthcoming!

Way to easy! Easy to get to, very friendly attendants, my car was safe and sound!! When our ship came in and we disembarked, Park by the Ports was outside and waiting. Again, way to easy and I would use them over and over again.

Verify satisfied - Helpful & pleasant - would use your service again. Wish you were available every where we travel.

When planning for our cruise, we were shocked to discover that the hotel we usually stay in, which offers free parking while on a cruise, had increased it's room rate 100%. Park by the Port saved us a good amount of money and offers a secure place for our vehicle while we are away.

My girlfriend and I used this company for our cruise in March and we were so satisfied with the price and service, that we already made reservations for our trip via the airport in September. We highly recommend Park By The Ports.

The only negative thing I can say is that the place looks like a mechanic shop, but service was great.

Everything was great! Even with my late arrival, we were picked up super fast. Driver was super friendly (sorry, I'm bad with names). Priced right. The only thing that I would suggest is to have a sign that is more visible by the road entrance. I am very happy with my experience and will park here again. Thank you Kevin for your prompt responses to ALL of my emails!
