Parcel Quest Lite is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with.
A Phyllis seems to be the only employee and the only one answering the phone. She wouldn't answer questions as to this business's services, wouldn't put a supervisor on the phone, kept hanging up and seems to be proud to say that she was as high as one can get in her company. This business sucks, this Phyllis sucks and if anyone knows of a similar business into property information, please post it.

The representative I spoke to was surly, argumentative and evasive. He also made several incorrect statements during our conversation. Customer service is poor and the product is expensive for what you get. Hopefully, more competition in the industry will help Parcel Quest shape-up. They have a quite a way to go, as they act as though they are operating a monopoly.

The price of their public data is high for a small shop, and an account development representative that didn't seem confident with the answers he was providing, quickly became rude when asked basic questions about data availability and promotions. Poor representation, "I don't know" and "no" are acceptable answers.
