This company doesn’t respond. Paid for expedited shipping-email received gave NO DETAILS about the order except for “Thank you for your order.” I have left 3 vms and emails and have not heard back. I should have known this wasn’t a legit establishment when it encourages you to “write” (not email) to them for order issues and has a FAX #. Cancelling my order as I have no confidence this item which was purchased as a gift will make the event in time.

On December 8th 2025,I bought two items from this company (approx. $150 worth of men's boxers). The description on the items describes them as pure silk. When my order arrived I was shocked at the poor craftsmanship and cheap material. The items were of extremely poor quality like thin sandpaper, mind you, see through thin! Overall horrible quality. I put them back in the bag with original packing and sent the package back to return the items within the return window described on their return policy. I sent the items back through USPS and even got a confirmation from USPS that they recieved the package. I called Royal Silks many times without any answer. I never got any response. Here we are, February 19th 2026, I called again today and all I get is an answering machine and still no response since December. I disputed with my bank on the credit card charge. They're telling my bank that they never recieved the package with the returns. What a mess! They're a complete fraud. Stay away from people like this that don't even show themselves to resolve a return. Save yourself a headache with these retail fraudsters. Not only did I lose the money, but they also kept my return merchandise that I paid for!!

I received a call that the blouse I ordered was out of stock and my American Express would get credited. I still haven’t received it . I’ve left voicemails and sent emails asking for a response but nothing . No one ever answers the phone . I will open a dispute with Amex to get my credit . Don’t order from them !!!

These are simply not silk products. I ordered a pair of “mulberry silk” boxers for my husband for Christmas. They arrived and the material felt scratchy and synthetic, not silky whatsoever. I figured maybe we just needed to wash them. No improvement. The washing bag I bought to go with the boxers is softer than the boxers themselves. Complete waste of money.

Sent me the wrong, cheaper product. No response from customer service. I am fairly certain the products aren’t actually silk.

They state they have an exchange and return policy but it's a lie. To do either you need costumer services, which will not reasons to you. The 'silk' doesn't really feel like silk, but the quality is at least ok. I would say the company is borderline scam easy.

The blouse was not cut to stated size.Returned in original packing,folded with tissue paper.Charged $15 restocking fee.Really,to be put back on shelf? Their employees must be paid very well.Im out s&h both ways plus restocking.Thieves!!!

Returned a pair of pants that didn't fit, using their arcane return process, nearly two months ago and haven't heard anything back. I've contacted them twice with no response. According to USPS they received the merchandise. I'm about to refute the original charge on my card. Will never buy from this completely unresponsive company again - don't trust them with your money!

On July 22, 2023, a Saturday, I ordered a silk skirt from the Royal Silk website. On July 24, 2023, the money was taken from my checking account. The company sent a link to my email to check the status of the order, and all it said was This Order is Pending Review. I kept checking during the week, and there wasn’t any updated information. On August 3, 2023, I filed a fraud claim with my bank. This company doesn’t respond to emails or answer phones at either of the numbers I could find for them. It’s blatantly fraudulent. Watch out, people…

Update to my review — This morning there’s a pending credit from Royal Silk in my checking account, for the full amount, for the item which they never sent. I feel like I dodged a bullet and I won’t order anything from this company again.

They sent me the wrong item and now they aren’t answering my emails. Filed a complaint with PayPal to get a refund. Terrible company — avoid them!

Bought a pair of men's silk pajama pants as a Christmas present. After a couple of wearings and one gentle washing they are falling apart at the seams, and holding them up to the light the fabric is full of thin spots.

I bought silk boxers that were not silky at all. As soon as we opened them we knew they were defective and returned them right away. We paid almost $50 for this defective product (just one pair of boxers!) and were refunded only 60% of that amount. And it took over 2 months to get even that amount of refund!

When I contacted customer service about the missing refund money, they said they charged me the fee because they do not cover return shipping (and since they don't have a physical store, you have to pay to return anything you buy from them), and because I opened the wrapper, they charged me a 15% fee for "re-packaging and re-furbishing."

What kind of company charges you almost $20 to put a piece of plastic back on their own awful product??

I wouldn’t recommend this store because my items got stollen and they have no policy to deal with this. The customer service isn’t friendly and they don’t insure their packages. Anyways they offered to resend the package for half of the price but that still means that i lost 130$, so whatever they have to work on their customer service. I can’t rate a product because i never got it

These "silk" boxers are not silk at all they are straight up cotton. They say 100% silk but no way they are. Then they want me to pay $7 return fee and shipping back to them ? Very disappointed in the product. Tissue thin, poor quality. Also these do not feel like silk, the material is rough. Would not recommend.

I have had very good experiences with Royal Silk. I purchase silk boxers from them and I am always pleased with the product. They provide washing instructions for their products. Shipping is always quick.

Your products are great, and the service is wonderful.

I've been buying their silk boxers for years. Very nice personal help from Claire in getting my order straightened out and sent right out to me.

Did write the value higher than i payed! Had to pay a shitload more in taxes and fees.. :(
