Paradigit is the best in my opinion. When in need of contact, replies are quick and they really know what they're talking about. Bought myself a 'little' gift and oh my.. what a beast I got delivered! XD

I was a bit underwhelmed by the customer service. The staff seemed a little indifferent, and it took ages to get help. The prices were okay, but I expected more variety and better support

General poor service, have purchased a number of products with them ranging from individual components to previously machines. First time having to go through their RMA service, respond back with unclear images and little information, just a cost for more than the value of the product. The service line just states that you can pay for the repair or that's it, poor across the board.

Ordered an ASUS TUF RTX 5080, they said "next day at home" and they weren't lying. The following day it was here. Everything works perfectly. Will definitely shop again.

This was my first time purchasing from them, and it was a great experience. My gaming desktop arrived in just one day as promised, securely packed with foam, and in perfect condition. I’ll certainly be shopping with them again!

I ordered a Bluetooth mouse. Paradigit had the lowest price. The mouse arrived the day after I ordered it.

Western Digital Blue 2 TB hard disk drive arrived within two days, in good condition, packaging was good.

I ordered a monitor from you. I used the paid option of delivery the same day. of course after contacting the service center, I was told to wait until 12 at night. I waited, nothing came. I asked for a refund for shipping and the contact stopped. after two days no one knows where the monitor is, even customer service does not know what happened to it and they stopped responding to my messages. I do not recommend, not a serious company. after contacting the customer center, I was informed that if paradigit has good will, they will send me the money back.

It stated that when ordering it would be delivered the next day but it arrived 4 days later. Did not receive a tracking code so i emailed the company but did get no reply at all...

Graphics card I ordered was not going through the proces of delivery. I phoned the company and they told me it had to be delivered from another warehouse so it would be dispatched next day. I was assured there were no problems with being out of stock. Next day still nothing, called again and now the CS told me the item was not in stock and would not be in stock anymore! WTF how can the message be so different within a day? I was offered refund or alternative. I chose the alternative and got an email I had to pay the mark up for the slightly better product. They didn't mention that when they offered the alternative. They didn't offer to split the difference or anything to compensate for my inconvenience and extra waiting time. Offcourse I paid the mark up and had to call in twice more to get the product from sitting in the warehouse to the delivery company and on my desk.
Don't think I will ever do business with this company again.

The company changes the delivery day the same afternoon even if I chose exactly the previous day paying extra to have evening delivery. This is probably fault of the delivery company, but still it shouldn't happen.
In addition, there are problems with the payment with Italian bank account, even if it is still European. I had to change bank account to be able to perform my purchase.

Delivery was ok and in perfect shape.
A perfect laptop for webbrowsing.
