Prompt, Professional and Courteous Service
While reviewing their product/service, I went on their chat and asked if it was possible to speak to a human as opposed to chatting with a bot and I received a call from Ariel a representative within less than 5 minutes. Ariel was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous and suggested I speak to Dan Rees and arrange a consultation with him. Dan, who provided an excellent demo of the product/service was also knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous. The product itself is very good, but the knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous service and human interaction is what prompted me to sign up.

So painless
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to create my flip book. I am only on the 14-day trial, but I will be upgrading in a few days. I created another flip book on another site, but hindsight is making me reconsider that one and just stick with this site for every other flip book I plan on creating. Thank you for making this a painless process. I even suggested a friend to use this as a way to send to her beta and arc readers.

Beautiful way to showcase interactive documents
To begin with, the product itself is excellent - we put together a 500 page scientific abstract book each year and with the searchable and beautifully embedded format, everyone of our users loved it! But the best part is the customer and tech support. Holding my hand and being patient with newbies while helping along the way are attributes which make this software a winner. Highly recommended!

Great product
Great product. Easy to use and allows control about who sees your presentations, and lets you know.
When I moved on from my last company, I forgot to cancel - and got charged at autorenewal time for a year.
Customer Service were super swift, and refunded (less an admin fee) with no problem.
Customer service as good as product. I shall be back in due course.

Simple, very easy to set up and creates a professional look. The days of free trial are great to find your feet with the basic set up and it's easy to upgrade for more in-depth options. A little costly, especially for someone like me in a less-economic well-off country. What is also great is you can terminate at any time before the monthly cost is renewed.
