Paid for the express delivery, they shipped via EVRI, so it was a day later than its due date arriving. I have a Mk8 Fiesta ST in Ford Performance Blue, gave my registration number, received Performance Blue, sprayed it on my outer fog lamp covers to find it significantly darker than my car. Having had a Fiesta Mk6 S1600 in Performance Blue it looks like they sent the older type which is not correct for the MK8, have spent the past hour scrubbing it off the outer fog lamp covers and dropped the remaining paint in the bin. Don’t recommend, would never buy from them again.

Ordered 19th April.
Expected delivery 22-24th.
Here I am on the 29th with nothing.
Feel like I've been scammed.
Called and have been told item is with royal mail.
No tracking number given.
Tracking number supplied and it shows they actually packaged and sent it on the 24th so basically the delivery times and when they deliver are a scam.
Ordered 19th.
Recieved 30th April.

I placed my order on the 14th April. Having given them the information they asked for, they couldn’t find the make of car ( even though it’s only a year old). They asked for the same information three times. No response to my messages. Still waiting for the product to arrive even though they’ve asked me to review it. Total shambles.

Ordered a car touch up pen a week ago. Promised delivery after 2 days and they sent it yesterday. No emails were answered and only gave me information after i called them several times. Not great customer service. Lets hope the product is better than the delivery times.

Ordered a paint pen on the 12/4 and received it on the 23/4. Delivery took way too long, and this is not down to Royal Mail, as the order only shipped a few days ago. When I enquired I was told "we are a little behind", please inform your customers via the website when they order how long it's going to take. I should not have to enquire where my order is. I raised a ticket via customer service, and that took 4 days to respond to. Please try harder.

Order never arrived. I ordered 22nd March, had an e-mail that my order was ‘shipped’ 27th March, by 23rd of April it still hasn’t arrived so I’ve requested a refund. Call rather than e-mail if you have an issue with your order as their replies to e-mails are poor but sort you quickly via phone.

Fantastic customer service who sorted out the issue I had with a delivery Got back to me within 15 mins with a solution and problem solved

Caroline in the office was amazingly helpful. I selected the wrong delivery type and she managed to quickly sort it for me so the paint would arrive on time.

I ordered Toyota dark grey mica metallic paint, order confirmed. 10 days later I received Toyota marine blue base coat paint. After numerous emails Paintnuts refuse to recognise their mistake despite sending copies of the order and photographs of the paint they sent. No exchange and no refund.

Had to request a replacment paint pen due to original breaking in transit.

No hassle with replacement request, received in good time.

Paint ordered easily by using the link that helped me to order the correct colour. Kept up to date in terms of when to expect the delivery.
Given clear instructions as to how to use the paint, allowing me to get better results.

Very poor delivery service. Still waiting for an order placed 28th March. Told to wait another week before they will consider a refund. Blamed Royal Mail for delay.( 3 weeks total from order). If you want your order in a reasonable period of time look for another supplier. Only positive is they do have a customer service telephone no.

I just want to say thank you for my recent order for Mercedes white paint. It is perfect! I first ordered it from another company (too yellow), a second company (too white), but yours is spot on and the job is done apart from a final buff once it has hardened.

Ordered on line for a paint pen and was given 5 days for delivery. After the 6th day I had not received it I contacted them and was advised it's been sent. After another 3 days without receiving it I asked to cancel. Another 3 days it arrived. However it does not match my 2 year old car at all. Would not recommend anyone getting car paint from this company. You can certainly get it a lot cheaper and hopefully it will match.

The paint is a perfect colour match, and the item sent with Evri has still never arrived (no suprise) but the reorder with Royal Mail arrived as was told to expect it.
Its a pity Evri let you down, but I have still given you 5 stars, and can confirm I will be a repeat customer
