Excellent 👍
Super slow delivery
Super slow delivery. Also I have bought from other stone chip repair companies and you get a complete kit for what this cost. No blending solution or panel wipe. I would advise going else where if you want what you actually need to repair your chips. Hopefully the paint goes on well. Having now used the paint i can confirm it does not match exact, however the car is 20 years old, so it could be down to fading. Overall I have had better results with other companies. This product really needs a blending solution.

Scam Company
Paid on the 22/05/26 - as per traders T&C for deliveries, should been sent within 3 days. Nothing. Tried calling this morning, no answer. Managed to speak someone in the afternoon, said would pop down to the paint shop and get my order sent out today - NOTHING. Scam company - PayPal claim started.
The dogs.........
I've been using PaintNuts for a long time now and i can't speak highly enough of the quality and the colour match of the paint, it's absolutely perfect.
I tried another company because they were £5 cheaper on a can but even though i was impressed by how quickly it arrived, the colour wasn't right at all.
My only criticism of PaintNuts is the amount of time my orders have taken to arrive, especially when i pay extra for the express delivery service! I think it was around 10 days on one occasion, although Evri was delivering the paint!
That being said, i can't recommend PN enough for the PERFECT match of paint and i will never risk going elsewhere again regardless of the delivery time!
Poor communication
The paint colour was a perfect match and covered scratches easily.
When I placed my order online, I took a note of the order number which thankfully I did as I never received an order confirmation.
Over 1 week later, no sign of my order and no communication. It had now gone past the delivery times they state on their website.
As it was almost 2 weeks since placing the order I sent them an e-mail. The automated reply stated I’d get a response in 1 business day. I didn’t.
The next day I called them, I was told it was at my local sorting office and should be delivered in the next day or so. I wasn’t provided with a tracking number or a despatch notification.
It did arrive the following day and then after it was delivered, I got an e-mail saying it was at my local sorting office.
Their processing times are far longer than what their website states and they don’t provide you with any e-mail updates (yes I checked my spam folder).
Totally useless
Now I know why these people have such terrible reviews. Ordered touch up paint stick, took ages to deliver. When using the brush with no problem but the spot to for tiny chips pisses paint.
Emailed, chased, chased again, no reply.
Utterly useless
Dont recommend cheap business tricks and awful delivery
Ordered a 2nd layer coat on 10th May by normal delivery method, they sent a mail saying delivery expected before 15th may, received their mail n 14th saying they haven't despatched the order as they want me to buy base coat and clear coat, they will only despatch it until i confirm whether I need them or not ? I don't understand, If i need them i would have bought it along with this. I wanted that product atleast 2 days before, now the work is finished suggest me how can i handle this.
Great product let down by a broken ordering system and defensive, unapologetic customer service.
I bought the full touch-up bundle after entering my VRM to fix a paint chip. I am not a professional, but the product quality itself is actually very good—the finish I managed to achieve was smooth, and the lacquer applied beautifully.
However, the paint they sent is completely the wrong colour.
When I contacted customer service to use their "colour match guarantee," I was defensively told, "There are two paint codes for your car, we can send the other one." This is where the business completely fails its target market. You are selling "DIY" products to amateur everyday drivers, not automotive experts. My car has only ever been one specific colour for its entire existence. If your VRM lookup system knows that a model has two potential paint code variations for that year, the software should stop the customer at checkout and ask them to verify the code before mixing the paint.
Instead, they gambled, sent the wrong formula, and then refused a full refund for the kit, hiding behind a technicality. I would have completely forgiven a mistake if customer service had simply said, "Our bad, the factory used two shades that year and our system should have caught that. Here are your options." Instead, there was zero apology, zero accountability, and a stubborn refusal to refund the full cost of a kit that is now useless to me because of their system's oversight. Buyers beware: do not trust their registration checker. Verify your own paint code manually, because if they get it wrong, they will make you pay for their mistake.
Have been working on my project
Have been working on my project - a Triumph GT6 convertible. Was able to order exactly the paint I needed which matched perfectly and the application methods provided were extremely precise and helpful. Delivery was quick and communication good. Many thanks.

Ordered with an expected delivery of 28-30/4.

Customer services appear to be ignoring emails. At this point I just want a refund
Unfortunately decided to buy at a time…
Unfortunately decided to buy at a time when they had started using a new courier. Delivery was painfully slow, and I had to chase my order on 3 occasions. I have not actually used the paint yet, but hoping it will be a good colour match.
Contact your bank for refund. Don’t waste time with customer service - they don’t reply.
Got sent a dark grey paint for a “colour matched” Peugeot Blue, paid £6.99 for next day delivery. Absolutely zero response from customer service and had to get the money returned from my bank.
Perfect match and ordered more
Pleased with the paint sent. Perfect match and kept updated on the order all the way up to the delivery. Have already ordered again for my other vehicle
