The location and very reasonable price considering all amenities are included and the only thing you have to buy is your own groceries toiletries and laundry supplies. The housemates are awesome and it's an all round delightful experience

PadSplit does not check the location some of these places are nasty and not as advertised when u tell PadSplit they do nothing about it they don’t cancel owners membership when there is proof the place is nasty or not as advertised. And keep them on the app forcing people to pay before they can see the place or talk to the owners. Owners have ppl stay in the house that are not PadSplit members and u don’t know who they are that’s a liability if they do something how can I report someone I don’t know there name..

The process of signing up for PadSplit was so easy. It put my mind at ease knowing something like this existed. With everything going on in the world with coat of living and even renting rooms, I am very grateful for PadSplit and the hosts that are apart of this. It would be amazing if they came with an option for a family to rent a home as well, like one could rent a place with multiple rooms if they had a family. That would be a nice addition. Thank you!

PadSplit is a good platform
PadSplit is a good platform. Just download the easy to navigate app and check it out. I’m currently renting, I’m new to the state, and I’m a travel healthcare worker. I get the opportunity to rent a place close to work, be in a multi cultural setting, network/ meet new people and my experience so far has been very positive.

The registration and approval process was easy and the home I chose was exactly what I needed. The weekly rent was affordable, the area was nice and the home was quiet and clean.

If you are looking for a property that sets a gold standard.May I suggest you look into this property. I see great value in this property. Do not pick 811 La Salle, Clearwater Fl. They host name is Kumar. Avoid at all costs. I've been with Padsplit for over a year. He is an Indian man and has the place looking like the slums. On his Padsplit listing, he lists his phone number to contact so he can have you meet the "roommates". I showed up, and NO roommates. He had someone else interested in the room and also interested in meeting the roommates. Duh? I asked about the stench and he said a rodent had gotten trapped somewhere and it was "recently" brought to his attention. Right. Absolutely disgusting. Very dirty. He had violated some building code with the city and had it on the door. He was also 20 minutes late. He's just a really bad host. Im not surprised there are so many complaints. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this property, Ill be happy to help. He is giving Padsplit such a bad name. If this had been my first property I would have questioned Padsplit's integrity. Instead, I just question Kumar's. Please feel free to contact me about this property. I have reported someone coming into my room and playing with my belongings. I have reported sexual harassment. None of it was taken serious. The home is filthy. I would not recommend to most if not all females and truthfully most people.
