Gave sound advice

I contacted Oxford Products about another company selling one of their products and I found them to be really helpful, particularly Katie who helped me tremendously, so I would highly recommend this company.

It's the little things that can make a difference

I own a previously loved Triumph Bonneville America which was already blessed with Oxford heated grips. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the LHS bar end had disappeared. Not exactly life threatening but enough to niggle my sense of universal order! I emailed Oxford customer service about buying a new one and they replied by sending me a replacement without charge and with compliments. Uncommonly kind of them, I thought. I am content.

Oxford Aqua 12 is NOT waterproof

Oxford Aqua 12 is not waterproof. Advertised as a roll top waterproof bag. NOT
Entire contents soaked through. Lucky I'm not suing for a new iPhone and electronic car keys.
Location of the incident was inside a RIB that got swamped during a rescue.
Bag floating about on the surface but when retrieved enough water inside to soak everything. Opening was correctly sealed.

The Oxford company normally make…

The Oxford company normally make excellent products for the price. I bought my second (first was stolen) Stormex cover on June 2021. I thought it was worth paying the extra over cheap rubbish. I'm not so sure. After 14 months, all the seams have come unglued. How long should a cover last? I cannot find a length of guarantee anywhere. Worked well before falling apart. I think l may buy three cheap covers a year and save some money.

Avoid Oxford's solar chargers…

I purchased one of their solar chargers. Instead of charging the battery over three weeks it discharged the battery and damaged it beyond repair.

Will be in court to resolve ein a few weeks.

Cheeky blighters claimed it was my faulty bike, despite the fact that the repairers checked the electrics were working fine

Excellent customer service

I just returned through my local shop, Jordans, a pair of trousers that developed a fault. I am very impressed by Oxfords quality of customer service which made the replacement of the item so simple, without any quibbling. Really appreciate the customer service, it has made a dedicated Oxford shopper out pf me!

Outstanding Customer Service

I purchased a Oxford Montreal 3.0 Jacket 15 months ago. Fantastic Jacket used all year in all weather. Loved it. Unfortunately the back protector attachment came adrift. I contacted Oxford Customer service directly as I could not get in touch with retailer I purchased it from. I sent it into Oxford for them have a look at and they said they could not repair it however as it was under their 2 year warrantee they would like to offer me an ungraded Hinterland Jacket as a replacement. The replacement jacket was more that double the value of my initial jacket. What amazing customer services and products.

Very happy with the after sales…

Very happy with the after sales service, I had a problem with my m/c shirt I’d bought 9 months earlier whilst on a holiday trip, the retailer didn’t respond to my attempts to contact them, so I went direct to Oxford products. Their response was a breath of fresh air, very friendly very helpful, I returned my shirt for them to investigate the discolouration, received a new shirt within 3 days, 😎 happy days. I will definitely be purchasing more Oxford products.

I own Many Oxford products, but their customer service is lacking..

I own 2 Nemesis chains & locks, 1 Monster chain & lock, 1 disklock and ground anchor. I went for Oxford Products in a big way as they seemed a well known/liked brand. However I've subsequently had issues with 2 of the locks which very nearly left my bike stranded many miles away from home. I have emailed customer services a couple of times about these locks and they fail to respond. Whilst I do like the products and the security they seem to offer, good products need to be backed up with good customer support and alas this is where the company has failed. I would seriously consider not using their products again when it comes to replacement of any of my existing ones.

Oxford Products

The customer service is absolutely fantastic, they have gone out of their way to help me.
I distroyed the throttle side grip of my heated grips, my fault! I messaged the customer service to see if they could help and they immediately sent me a new one!! What can I say other than fantastic.

Excellent Customer Service

Fantastic company and excellent customer service. My Oxford Oximiser 900 developed a fault after 14 months, so I contacted the shop I bought it from (motorcycleshop.ie), who advised the product was no longer under warranty and I was using the product incorrectly. I was dissatisfied with this so contacted Oxford Products directly. They advised the product was being used correctly and is indeed under warranty (2 years). They advised to contact motorcycleshop.ie again to resolve but this time I had no reply at all. Oxford Products then advised they would replace the product for me free of charge. Excellent customer services and a pleasure to deal with.

pedal issue…

Had a pair of pedals that had an issue appear after not too many miles of riding. I contacted Oxford Products and was quickly replied to from their customer services. I was asked to send them back, which I did. I received a new pair back within days, no quibble!!!
Brilliant service thanks.

Fantastic customer service and products

Oxford motorcycle products have given me excellent customer service. I have been using their Mondial advanced textile jacket and trousers in the coldest and wettest of conditions without any problems whatsoever. Also their heated grips are so good that I have to keep turning the heat settings down as they are so efficient. Mick Shepard Warwickshire.

Excellent customer service

I Have been using their products for years with no issues, so when I did have an issue with one of their products I contacted customer service and after a brief exchange of emails they sent a replacement foc within a few days. excellent customer service and response.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I'm very surprised to read some of the negative reviews about Oxford Products here, because I've just received customer service of an incomparable quality from this company after returning a batch of cycle lights (some of them out of warranty) which were either faulty or which no longer functioned. They were all either repaired (where possible) free of charge or replaced with new ones without question and with a level of courtesy which I'd never previously experienced elsewhere. I now feel as if I would never wish to purchase such products from a competitor in the future, but would always prefer to return to Oxford Products for my bicycle accessories, knowing that I would be able to rely on the very highest level of customer service and technical support imaginable if I needed it.

Outstanding customer service.i purchased 2 x oxford boss locks and chain to secure my m/cycle in my garage to existing ground anchor and purchased I oxford bruteforce for outside when washing .during fitting I damaged one of the security plugs phoned customer service explained I was a Wally they sent replacement items out f.o.c outstanding customer service this is why I always buy your product I will recommend to everyone that will listen thanks again
