Chain tool fix.
I bought a chain tool and one of the parts in the box was incorrect. I contacted Oxford Customer Services, discussed the issue and the new part was with me in 48 hours.

Brilliant Customer Service
I purchased some heated grips & whilst fitting them I lost a small part (my fault) & I contacted their customer service team who were brilliant. Initially I was told that they would call me back with a solution & I expected to never hear from them again, but within 5 mins they called me back. They sent out a replacement with next day delivery. They were very helpful & I was not made to feel an idiot for something that was my mistake - thank you Katie!

Had a minor problem with a pannier bag recently. Contacted support via email and they were quick to respond and supplied me with a replacement part. Very pleased with original product and subsequent customer service I received.

Touring in France. Stitching falling apart on brand new Drystash T45. Can’t strap it to the bike any more. It is waterproof though.

Purchased rear stand, ox286. Despite tightening bolts on arms they are still prone to sideways movement. That's unsafe for lifting motorcycle

Just had an amazing experience with Oxford customer service dept. They sorted a problem for me on my heated grips in a superfast time and couldn't have been more helpful. I own an Oxford bike jacket and a 30ltr waterproof luggage bag and won't hesitate to buy more Oxford stuff in the future after this.
Purchased a set of Oxford Nightslider…
Purchased a set of Oxford Nightslider indicators last year, a few weeks ago one developed a problem intermittently!
Got in touch with Oxford and got a speedy response, and a great solution. Within 48 hours I had a new indicator posted to me! I can't fault the service or aftercare, great to see such professionalism and amazing aftercare.
I bought a child Oxford frame seat…
I bought a child Oxford frame seat which has been amazing. Great price, compact and perfect for transporting my 3-year-old who was getting bored of a child seat at the back where we couldn't talk to each other.
Today I had an issue with a missing part (my fault) and I can't state how helpful customer services were. They responded quickly and helped ship a new part to me the same day.
I would highly recommend their products.
Cheaply made lock mechanism
2 months ago bought a Oxford Disc lock & chain ,both suffer from poorly made lock mechanisms ,frustratingly fiddly to lock and unlock.This morning I threw them both in the bin.
Warranty not honoured
Bought a sturdy Oxford Products U-Lock from my local motorcycle shop and used it with my electric bicycle, a bit overkill maybe but it gets a good rating with bicycle insurers.
The lock was a bit sticky and there was a point where it needed to be jiggled but it opened and closed and I was able to attach it to my ebike and park it at the commuter bus stop and made travelling quite enjoyable. I do clean it, not after every journey but it does have a little cover to protect the lock mechanism so that seemed to be ok, until.....
The key became jammed, thankfully the lock was open at the time or I would have needed to go and get some serious angle grinder to cut it, went back to the shop but they no longer were an oxford product supplier so nothing happened, phoned Oxford Products and they told me to send it in.
They then returned it, with the key now bent, it opens and locks intermittently and it was purchased 4 months ago and they tell me that if there was any issue with the lock at purchase I should have returned it then and so they won't stand over their warranty. It's a £50 lock that is now useless to me as I am scared to lock my bike with it as it is not functioning correctly. Surprised by the rudeness of the Oxford Products staff on phonecalls and emails and alas can't justify purchasing any more of their products as the warranty is subject to their ultimate discretion and they wouldn't register the lock with my bike even though that is something that is an added perk with these heavy U-Locks. Now to look for some other business that stands over it's products alas.
HJC RPHA 90s Issue Sorted Immediately
Had an issue with my HJC RPHA 90s Helmet, HJC put me in touch with Oxford Products as the UK Agent. Oxford Products sorted the problem within the hour, sourced the parts and sent immediately without issue. Great Customer Service
Bought oxford nightslider indicators…
Bought oxford nightslider indicators for my motorcycle, after checking all the instructions i went to fit them, I found that the connectors were basically comming off the wires to the resistors and other wires. I emailed oxford products to inform them and they replied there were very slim issues with these and that i was unfortunate. T hey did say to return the product to where i bought them for a replacement / refund but this is an 80 mile 2 hour round trip which i will not be doing so i will bin the indicators and put the originals back on. I thought oxford products were of a high standard but this has been a disappointment.

I contacted customer service for a spare part for a product they no longer sell. They searched their building, found one and sent it to me feel of charge. That really IS customer service, a great company!

I recently purchased a set of hot grips pro touring from an official retailer at £199. I tried fitting them as per instructions. I got the left (clutch) one no problem but while trying to fit right hand (brake) grip, i got it stuck half way up shaft as i took too long and glue sets very quickly...I was gutted..thought i had wasted £199 as only way i could get it off was to grind it...In desperation i wrote an email to oxford products customer service explaining the situation and to my very grateful surprise. They have offered me a replacement right grip free of charge.... This is customer service at its best ...and would recommend any oxford product after this.. lastly great communication from Chloe in customer service. Thank you very much....

Oxford Beast lock - Totally useless, this lock was picked open and a very heavy chain removed from my bike and my bike stolen. £150 lock that that failed miserably!!
