Always used BMW North Oxford !!!
Rozeena Ali in servicing has always looked after my cars exceptionally well and with very efficiently.
Would highly recommend

well for a start Rosie called me at 7am to tell me she had taken the barriers down and I could come and drop the car off - that was extremely thoughtful. Then she made feel welcome in a few different ways; recognising me, smiling and saying hi, walking me to the car when I cam to pick up, and ensuring the garage dealt with all my requests. The video of the condition of the car was clear and comprehensive; and they left the car spotless - considering it had been parked under a tree where magpies roost - that was not an insignificant task

Took a car in that required complex diagnosis and liaison with another organisation who had caused the fault. BMW were on it ! Very impressed.
Roshina (? Spelling) was outstanding.

Wonderful service from Rozeena, who manages to make the impossible seem easy! Whereas my insurer told me it’d take over three weeks to find and fit a new windscreen, she made it happen in a couple of days. The epitome of professionalism and efficiency, she combines her customer skills with courtesy and consideration. Top notch service!

Our X5 was recalled for an airbag error. Although it had no error message
Once we received the car back it then displayed an error message regarding the airbags
We took it back in and they denied it’s anything to do with them, apparantly a centre console error even though they have to removed the centre console to get to the air bags

They told us ‘yeah but to be fair it is an 09 plate’
So if it’s an older car they don’t care obviously

I’m lucky my partners a mechanic, so he has called their bluff but I’m worried for other women out there who will be taken for a ride by this garage

They even turned the air bags off when they returned the car without telling us!!

I feel like I’ve taken my prized possession for a pampering! Great work in the garage! And whilst there, I got special treatment too! It was last week that I had a service (price is reasonable) and MOT and I’m still smiling because of Rozeena’s service. She recognises me year after year, makes me feel welcome, gets everything done efficiently, keeps me updated throughout the service process (when she can - she’s constantly on-the-go!). I drive away with a clean (inside and out) car that looks and drives like brand new (thank you mechanics!) Thank you again Rozeena and BMW north Oxford, see you next year!

My vehicle is a 22 year old BMW and is used as a daily runabout. I only took it in due to an airbag recall. They had no reason to treat me like a current customer but the whole experience was absolutely fantastic and professional.
Very efficient booking-in system, a comfortable waiting area and extremely personable staff.

I was looking for a nearly new G20 320i with certain specs and found one in London but did not proceed to purchase as the salesman from the central London dealer was only interested in getting a £1000 deposit and not willing to commit to writing anything that was agreed over the phone.
I then saw a similar spec car at North Oxford BMW and made an online enquiry.
I was contacted the same day, given a near to what I wanted part ex price over the email. I went to see the car and Colin P was willing to make the deal and offered me the asking price for my car. The whole process was smooth and without issues.
Although this dealership is 80 miles away from me, I will use them again for my next purchase.

On the purchase of my Cupra Formentor from Nick, all I can say is that the transaction was very smooth, no hiccups.

Having traveled up from Devon on the train, Nick picked me up from the railway station, took me back to the garage so that we could complete the transaction, with a coffee and a show around the car. It was in immaculate condition. I would definitely recommend this garage.

My experience was excellent, Rozeena had organised a loan car whilst my car was in for a service. I had mentioned I was looking for a new 1 series so she kindly organised a new 1 series as a loan car for me. Originally my car was booked in on a Saturday morning, however there was availability on the Friday afternoon to drop my car off so she asked if it would be convenient to drop off earlier so my weekend wasn’t disrupted too much. Also I would like to thank Paul in new car sales for his wonderful help as I have now ordered a new 1 series due to the excellent customer service from both Rozeena and Paul as well as enjoying my time with the loan car. I was very satisfied with the level of service experience from Rozeena, she was very pleasant to deal with, she made the whole experience quick and simple with as little disruption to my weekend schedule as possible

I had a bad experience at BMW Inchcape Reading- where because I had external financing lined up for my £40k dream X4, they were unhelpful, pushy and pretty dire. I stood in the dealership with my £40k budget and was made to feel totally insignificant. Bad experience.

I stopped by BMW North Oxford on the off chance they had a suitable X4 in stock, and spoke to Nic Hall who couldn't have been nicer. He was very patient with me and let me test drive the car twice. He never pushed me to decide, gave me a fair price for a part-exchange and actually made the process seamless.

On collection day he wasn't there but did a great handover with Luke Welland who was also great. I am over the moon with my new car and have generally been well impressed with their service. I would not hesitate to return, thank you Nic, Luke and the BMW North Oxford team.

Just want to say once again thankyou to Regi on service reception ,always very helpful , professional and a pleasure to chat with always looks for the best outcome. Been coming here for 16 years and drive a round trip of 110 miles including that Oxford Traffic :) to do so.

Had my i3s serviced for the first time, both Jodie and Jazmin were excellent and very knowledgable on E vehicles. Answered all my questions very professionally. Also thanks to Matthew in the parts dept who gave me a thorough briefing on screen camera.
To finish off the servicing price was the most competitive compared with al the others BMW dealers within 50 miles. Recommend without risk

We have purchased our previous two cars from BMW and now have a third. We return simply because the staff there are great. Our latest meeting is to see if we should sell/ buy another car and for that purpose we were put in touch with Jack Hamilton, a product consultant. Whilst remaining loyal to BMW, he wasn’t “pushy”, but helpful, always listening to our needs first and foremost, even bringing a car for us to try in our neighbourhood . With a salesman like Jack we shall continue to return to BMW North Oxford.
