well where do I start
well where do I start? My products which I order regularly were sent to the wrong name and the wrong address and got lost. despite spending time to track them down, i could not do so. On the plus side another set of products were sent: how did my name change on an established account? No idea? Maybe an old address was not changed but the name??

Expensive Product- Waste of time - AVOID and save your money
After doing re search online into reversing greying hair. I decided to purchase these tablets on Amazon. They were pretty expensive, however at that price you’d expect results and not some cheap product you see online.
I tried for 2 months over £116 spent on a 2 month supply.
I didn’t see any difference. So decided to finish the treatment/buying. If maybe there was a slight improvement then maybe I would of continued to but this product. It’s overpriced and in my personal experience as a verified customer it didn’t do anything. The adverts and promotion are misleading (Instagram).
I wouldn’t buy this product again. It’s cheaper to colour your hair weekly than buy this product. Don’t waste your money look elsewhere

The result from taking Melaniq® can vary between individuals. However, first visible signs of slowed down hair colour change may be expected as early as five months after first taking the supplement, provided the dosage recommendations are followed carefully.
Reversal of grey hair however should not be expected. Melaniq® is developed for men and women who are experiencing greying in the early stages, or those wishing to delay the onset of grey hair. The effect in more advanced stages of greying will be less pronounced.
We have customers who have been with us for years so we are sure that Melaniq® is helpful.

Not using fedex or equivalent means I have top pick up parcel from post office, and for the shipping cost tahts not cool.
Packaging continues to be excessive - for just re-filling stock its unnecessary and only adds to customer cost.

Since there is no FedEx option, we have now set DHL Express for you. You can send us an email in April upon your delivery to let us know if this worked better.
As for excessive packaging, we have put a note to eliminate all the content except for the products that are orderred by you. Hope it will be better going forward.

Tried this for two years religiously...no benefit whatsoever.
And yes you'll reply with a standard answer.. please ppl..Bio Lab's are clever conmen..do they address the known causes of hairloss in men? No.. they're peddling vitamins... steer clear.
