Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the ease and straightforwardness of opening an account, often noting the quick setup process. Many appreciate the competitive interest rates, which are often described as market-leading and a key reason for choosing the company. The website and app are generally praised for being user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, with clear instructions and information. However, some people were dissatisfied with certain aspects of the service, particularly regarding security procedures and app functionality. A few users found the security measures overly complex or had difficulty accessing their accounts, especially when dealing with phone changes or a preference for desktop banking without app reliance. There were also occasional mentions of the app being clunky or issues with verifying identity, leading to frustration for a minority of customers.

About Oxbury Bank Plc

Written by the company

Oxbury Bank was founded to provide the food and farming industries with the funding and support that they need. We are extremely positive about the future of agriculture and the opportunities available for the sector.

Every pound saved with Oxbury goes to help farmers and the wider market produce food, preserve the countryside and deliver a positive impact to the rural economy. We’re a bank that wants to see farming businesses thrive, together we can make that happen.

For most banks, farming is only a small part of their business. At Oxbury, it is what we do.

Oxbury Bank

I cannot recommend Oxbury Bank highly enough. In a market where it’s hard to find both competitive returns and high-quality service, Oxbury delivers on both. Their interest rates are excellent, consistently sitting at the top of the market, but what truly sets them apart is their wonderful customer service.

It’s rare to find a bank that feels this personal and responsive. The process is seamless, and the support team is professional and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for a reliable bank that actually values its customers, Oxbury is the one. Would definitely recommend

Thumbs Up All Round.

I'm on my third iteration of my savings account with Oxbury. From the opening of the first account, the smoothness of the online experience, the ability to speak to a person for whom English was their primary language, that I could understand, on the phone; to transferring funds between Oxbury accounts and to/from my nominated bank account, the experience has been perfectly satisfactory. That's all I need from a bank, not an 'emotional journey' or fin-tech 'experience'. So, yes, 5 stars, and well done.

Faultless service

Everything works smoothly and efficiently from making a deposit to receiving interest. There is a good choice of investments not available elsewhere and with a good rate of return which meet my needs.

Setting up a new account was easy enough online but what I really appreciated was a phone call from a person who was making sure I was happy with my new account and answered any questions I could think of.
I'm very glad to be supporting our food producers as climate crisis hits food growing.

Good communication & range of saving accounts

Find Oxbury very good to deal with through the app or by phone to customer services.
Communication always efficient.
Good range of personal saving accounts, quicker to reduce interest rates on flexi accounts than to increase but which bank isn't!
