Our data partners calculate estimates off their Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), which should not be used in lieu of a specific, live, on-site appraisal. You would need to have a physical appraisal partner who would go to the property and appraise it. Ownerly data is a great point of departure, but many variables exist in home valuation and we cannot guarantee that data sources will always be fully complete, accurate or predictive of actual sales and costs.

Charged over $400 for nothing

The representative at my credit card company is refunding all $450 dollars charged by this company and they continue to charge me even after I requested new credit cards twice! Somehow, my new credit cards were still charged! So beware. I tried to cancel my so-called membership several times, all unsuccessfully. Only contacting my credit card company for a dispute has seemed to solve the problem. We’ll see.

Ownerly has now asked me to respond to their response. I’m suspicious of that email and link because I see no way to reply to them here.

So here goes:
My monthly charges were never cancelled in spite of repeated requests. Only the intervention of my credit card’s fraud department resulted in a credit to my card and only by the fraud department.

They are now being investigated by my credit card company.

READ THIS. FILE CHARGE BACK.

An absolute scam! Look the guy up who runs this company. " Ross Cohen". What a troll of society. Garbage data, shady business, terrible service. The 1$ trial has small writing that no one sees. Even when you do see it and cancel the day you pay for the 1$ trial they still charged me 5 months. They are preying on people and are a disgrace to the country. I'm going to blast this guys face and these reviews all over my social media platforms to expose him and the other companies he deals with and any future ones. All these poor people that were fooled into paying this rich piece of sxxx.
