Out said they would call me back in ten minutes- and they did- so impressed by their staff, professionalism, helpfullness ,and then the price of the policy.
It's a long time since I have met such curtesy and kindness.

One phone call had me signing up for house insurance. It means so much to speak to an actual human being. Sick of all these companies only offering on line policies.

Most pleasant insurance sign up I've had in 15 years of driving. Had a nice chat with John - quote came in at €380 for better cover than my previous insurer AXA who were trying to charge €490. Happy so far

was talking to alan first ,he set up all deals for me ,so pleasant on the phone ,got great quote for car ,house insurance same as other company ,Didnt buy straight away as i wanted to talk to my husband about it ,When i called back i wanted to talk to Alan again but got David who said he was too busy to talk to me ,This is why you lost a star I had gone through all the questions and all Alan needed was a driver number and the age my husband got his full licence .but David started going through all that again ,was a bit annoying and i told him i had answered all that the day before .However David was pleasant enough and we bought house and car insurance and he posted relevant documents to us ,Was delighted with this because our printer doesnt behave itself a lot of the time .so yes very pleased overall
