It's always easy to order online, no hassle, easy payment, goods arrive. When you have an enquiry via phone or chat it has always been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

One of the items I ordered was damaged in transit. I spoke to Ben who was very polite, courteous and professional. He resolved the problem, and arranged a replacement.

Ordered some tablecloths and napkins on Thursday, delivered Friday morning. Good quality and good value, very pleased with the service.

I had holidayed in an apartment where the duvets were the classic like feather filled which were so comfortable so I ordered one on my return. It arrived within 3 days of ordering. I am looking forward to cosy nights.

Not what i expected - it literally just covers the edge of the base and not the whole base and the colour was very whishy washy - looks dull and awful. Way over priced for what i got. Wont be using them again!

Hi I stayed at a hotel in Suffolk and was so impressed with the pillows I took the pillowcase off and saw they came from East of Eden!! I immediately ordered two ! Customer service so far is excellent. Thanks.

I really needed this 4ft picnic table delivered next day, i got the order loaded around midday on a Tuesday, called customer services and explained the situation, the kind customer service assistant Karolina said she would take care of the situation and let warehouse team know of the urgency. I then got an email back few hours later letting me know the table had been dispatched and today on Wednesday it has arrived, considering this is a fairly large item and not easy to ship i was very pleased with the level of customer service provided. Very professional, very helpful i sincerely appreciate the teams support.
