CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING JEWELLERY OR ACCESSORIES THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY!!!
I bought my daughter a £75 pair of hoop earrings.
The first time and only time she tried to wear them she struggled as the butterfly backs were too tight. I helped her put the earring in but the backs were so tight due to effort and force it bent the piece of metal that went through the ear.
My daughter wore then most of the day and then couldn't take them out at her dads later as they were so tight and in the process made her ears bleed!!
I returned to the shop and spoke to the assistant who was empathetic and said leave it with her and she would contact the owner SALLY.
SALLY the owner sent me an email and said there was nothing she could do. I tried to explain that the earrings were returned damaged due to a product default but she wasn't interested. SALLY was v unhelpful in her responses even quoting inaccurate information I had said when I tried to return the earrings and explain the issue.
Sadly I will not be shopping at OutDazl again as I felt the whole experience was handled poorly by the owner.
I am now out of pocket by £75 due to buying a pair of earrings that are not fit for purpose so have left with OutDazl.
Jewellery is OVER PRICED & POOR quality, I would recommend alternatively buying accessories from The Edit Boutique next door . Lovely pieces always in stock, of great quality and a fraction of the price compared to OutDazl.

I’m afraid we will have to disagree on this occasion as our facts are quite different from what mentioned above !
These earrings were a special order at your request and not an item that we have ever stocked.
You did mention to our staff member these were going to be your daughter first hoop earrings, so perhaps the hoop style doesn’t suit her or possibly the butterfly backs were pushed too tight or even she may be allergic to fashion jewellery.
They were then picked up by yourself in store giving you the opportunity to inspect, etc. – if you believe the quality was inferior you could have chosen to not proceed with the purchase.
As a business we really appreciate every customer, however due to hygiene our returns policy clearly states we do not accept the return of earrings and even if we were to waive this for you, the item would need to be in its original new condition which unfortunately it is not, as it is now damaged and unsellable. I am sorry this hasn’t worked out for you on this occasion.

Stunning jumpsuit
I like my purchase very much, but it was sent with a catch in the seam. I got straight in touch with OutDazl and sent a pic to the online chat. I knew my alterations lady could fix it and OutDazl refunded me more than I expected towards the repair. Would have given 5 Stars but just feel that items should be thoroughly inspected before being sent, so as to avoid this in future. However I definitely recommend the site as some really beautiful things to buy.
