Ornella Caftan Reviews 

Ordered & paid, 3 for price of 2, Feb 15th. Confirmation email received 16th, stating delivery 6-9 working days. Updated on 5th March, delivery now 12th March! Yodel then sat on my parcel for over two weeks from 5th, with Ornella Caftans “monitoring the situation”, until I threatened to cancel credit card payment. Delivery next day (20th March) - two kaftans! Finally received the third two days later, after chasing again. Throughout this time, a lot of my emails were ignored, despite their promises to respond within 24 hours, (until I posted on their Facebook page), and quite frankly, the dresses when finally here were not the quality as represented, one of them was also a different fit to the others. Tired of whole situation and dispirited, I decided not to spend even more money on returning them. I will never use this Company again.

Really disappointed with this company - would heartily NOT recommend.

I ordered on 2nd Feb 2026 for a Mother's Day gift in March - delivery was delayed - then finally at the end of March, long after Mother's Day, I was told the item had been delivered. It had not.

I have not had any response from their 'Customer Service' email - and I have sent many emails - they are just ignoring me.

They have taken my money - and given me nothing

Well, when I brought my very first long dress, I just couldn't believe how soft and comfortable this dress was. So, what all ladies do they tell everyone they can, and of course buy more. I have now got several who buy them now. But the only problem is we all need to make sure we don't wear the same one when we all go out together. lol
But on a sad note, I brought 3 of your short ones they are not like the longer dresses, they are too tight on me around my tummy. I now been in contact with the company, and they say that's not a problem, but nothing is happening from the company end. I have now sent them the pictures of the dresses I like to exchange for but nothing. The messages are there in my messenger on my fb

I just LOVE the prints! the short pocket dress run small, but keeping on hand for gifts because did I mention the prints? The caftans are as described and I am loving them all!

I absolutely love these Kaftans, the cotton/linen mix is super soft and silky to the touch and will be perfect for hotter weather:-)
I ordered the velour version as a house coat for my daughter- in- law for Mother’s Day and that looks and feels lovely too.
I will definitely be back to order more for presents again. There is a really wide range of colours and prints to choose from and they are really good value for money - especially when there is a buy 2 get 1 free offer on!
Communication with their customer service team was fast and efficiently dealt with. All round a 5 star service.

Ornella offers amazing quality at a very good price. The designs are fantastic—I currently have five and plan to get more colours soon. The customer service is outstanding; I would give them more than five stars if I could. Unlike many online companies these days, Ornella Caftan stands out as simply the best.

I need linen and cotton clothes due to allergies. What was sent was rayon. Total false advertising. There are no tags on the dresses either which I believe is against international trade protocols.

I received my 2nd order and surprise a cute little bracelet was inside 1 of the packages. This was such a nice gesture. The quality of the gowns are beautiful. I have many from over the years and my husband is so very use to seeing me dress in them when we're at home. When I put on a new Ornella Caftan my husband said how beautiful it was, he's never said anything of the others I have owned. Each new one and he was excited to see me in them. I will certainly be ordering again in the future as I am retired and it is my daily attire while at home.

Ornella Caftans are a reliable company who have beautiful caftans that are comfortable, stylish and are my go to! I just purchased 2 pocket dresses and received a third one for free. Does get much better than that!

I got no help and could not find a way to return my items.

These are viscose, not cotton/linen. Don’t fall for the bait and switch…You get what you pay for and I’m sure they’re from China…

I have 14 of these beautiful caftans. Summer, and velvet for winter (both cowl neck and v-neck).They are beautifully made and excellent quality. I can wear them casually, or dress them up with heels. The company is excellent to deal with. I highly recommend the addition of these caftans to your wardrobe!

I ordered 3 over 15 days ago and the Speedx tracking shows them still sitting in Illinois after shipping out of China a week ago. All contact with customer service is a joke. They will keep directing you to the Speedx website and ignore all requests for the order to be cancelled. I doubt they are UK or US based, but a cheap Temu type company out of China. The caftans will be returned if or when I get them. Save your money and pay more for a legitimate company with quality clothes

I absolutely love these dresses so much, the shorter ones in particular…they are just throw on and your looking good, the shape of them is actually very slimming, I bought one then turned around and bought three more I don’t even want to wear my other dresses now these have become my absolute preference

Love my caftans. Wear them all the time. They come from my young era 73 now. Many say they would never wear a “MOO-MOO”… I just tell them these are not at all the same thing…it’s your loss!!

The material is soft and comfortable. The fit is wonderful.

I have purchased caftans for myself and two sisters. I love the velvet ones - so elegant and the fabric on the other ones is wonderful.

The caftans are lovely - I have several now. The cotton ones are so comfortable and cool. I get compliments nearly every time I wear them, especially the peacock ones. I've recently bought 2 velvet caftans and they are perfect for cooler days and nights, my new lounge-wear. Delivery is always quick (except for one recent glitch that was quickly fixed by the company - thank you very much.)

The quality of the product is exceptional. Comfortable and easy to wear. One of the only things I have bought on-line that is exactly as described on the website. I will be ordering more and recommending them & this company to my family & friends
