No response from my emails requesting a return as caftan is faulty. Very poor customer service!

I've been window shopping this business and there garments for a long time now, finally I gave in and ordered 3 caftans, buy 2 get one free. The order went in about 3 weeks ago and unfortunately, it's been sitting at a Chinese International Airport awaiting departure for nearly 3 weeks. After getting in touch with Ornella, I was told it's on its way but not according to the tracking. I'm sure it will arrive eventually, but, my review is to give a heads up on a disappointing delivery delay.

Absolute Con. Sent 3 emails asking for tracking info & no reply. Gave a very wide delivery date & now have changed that to the next 10 days. No email, no explanation - shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPAYNY"

This company is con. I want to return an item and they are not giving me any address where to return the item. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

These are lovely dresses. I own 3 caftans & several pocket dresses. I can wear them in casual situations or dress them up for more formal occasions. They are so comfortable!

I really love my caftans. I bought 3 of those and no regrets at all. Just perfect! Delivery was a little bit long and I received few calls from the delivery service, I think they had some issues to find my adress but I got it!

Received my items but they aren't suitable however I am having trouble returning them. They told me it would take a week to get the returns details too me but still waiting despite messaging

I BROUGHT MY CAFTAN ON THE 6 OF JUNE AND AFTER 3 MONTHS, STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED

The caftans were as advertised. Colours are vibrant. Nice soft material . They are one size and luckily they are big enough for me. I am 5'8" and size 22. I wouldn't think they are big enough for a larger size than that.
The delivery time was long but well packaged and careful delivery. I would order again.

First I started with the short caftans. Loved them, the plus was they had pockets. I would receive so many compliments from beautiful colors, looks good on you, where did you buy it? They will be on my cruise as well as the longer ones.

I love my caftans! Other people also comment on them. They are loose, comfortable and hide those love handles!

Highly recommend! My ideal situation is to wear a caftan as much as I can in the warm weather. The fabric is light and cool, just like the company says it is. Delightful. I have two long ones and one short one with pockets. They are my summer look and I live in them. I’m 5”5 and mine didn’t need any hemming. They didn’t take very long to arrive. I wash mine in the washing machine but hang to dry.

Ornella Caftan has designed a boho look that has been life changing for me.
I am in my 70s, and have been dissatisfied with the summer styles that I have worn for decades!
I was very tentative when I first started wearing my caftans, but after innumerable compliments and requests for Ornella’s name, my confidence was secured…I kept ordering dresses!
I have chosen to stay with the same style, but the many, many fabrics offer completely different looks for every occasion.
Last, but certainly not least, my lightweight caftans (with divine pockets) have kept me cool in the extreme heat that I’ve experienced this summer…afterwards I machine wash and hang to dry…I do not iron.
Delivery and customer service are exceptional.

I have been a customer of Ornella Caftans for several years. I LOVE THEM! The most beautiful, comfortable caftan you can wear that feel great on your body and when you walk around. They make me feel good every time I put one on, which is virtually every day! The are beautiful to look at like a work of art. The customer service is great and they arrive quickly. I 100% recommend to everyone. I LOVE THEM!

Good customer service, helpful and trusty. Quick dispatch and good order updates info. The kaftans are beautiful , lovely colours and comfy cotton material . Perfect for beach and summer holidays. Happy.

I ordered online on 17/7/26. Unfortunately, even though I had included my new address, their website listed my previous address. I sent an email within 1 minute of placing the order. No response. Over the next week I tried everything to reach them. I couldn't. I sent 6 emails, all ignored. Then I wrote about it on their facebook page and I finally got a response. They acknowledged that the fault was on their end and assured me they would resend it. Nothing. No further contact, no tracking information and no way of contacting them that they will respond to.

I now have 5 caftans to wear and I love them all.
Cannot say enough nice things about them.
I wear one almost every day when I get home to relax.
I’ll be buying more!!!

Prompt, good quality.
Just wish all caftans came with pockets.
