I have been for a consultation today with Deborah and Amrit who were so thorough when it came to explaining everything from the eye examinations I was having (there’s quite a few, but let’s me real here… it’s our eyes!) to the procedure and easy payment methods.
All the team were very friendly. It felt a lovely place which was also very clean (again… we’re talking eye health here… no room for big germs)
I have now paid a deposit and having lens replacement in August. I’m excited to be able to see without my glasses… Also a little nervous with regards to the procedure but have been assured by both Amrit and Deborah that there’s nothing to worry about.

Came here accompanying a client, very professional and helpful. The staff are all very lovely and considerate, very accommodating. A very special thank you to Hannah. Building is lovely too. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

What an amazing experience. I have been a customer here for over 20 years and all I can say is that Sharon has always been amazing and helpful. I work shifts and she accommodates me to het in and see the opticians. Another staff member I want to mention is Sophie. She is very helpful and always smiling and polite. Thank you to all of you 🙂

On visiting the Glasgow clinic, I found it to be very welcoming, with a clean and calm atmosphere. I was quite nervous about the procedure, but Owen made me feel at ease. He answered any questions I had with no hesitation and came across professional and knowledgeable. All aspects of the procedure were explained to me clearly which made me alot more confident.
My eyesight was only getting worse and I never liked wearing glasses, so getting lense replacement was the obvious option for me. My eyesight has improved dramatically after the procedure so I'd be very happy to recommend to anyone, including family and friends.

The Team were very helpful as I am a mobility scooter user, and have limited mobility.
Gracie Elvins requires a special mention as she guided my through the process. The cups of tea were especially welcome! I was fascinated by the amount of care that was taken in checking my eyes, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a comprehensive diagnosis since I started wearing glasses.

Yvonne was great, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

Came to uxbridge had a consultation, all scans were completed and very professional. Gulfam explained everything for my eye health and surgery details, which made me more confident. All staff members very happy, and able to assist. Thank you baljit, gulfam, humeria, saina. Thank you vina, who was very welcoming and polite too. Aware to come back to uxbridge if I need anything. Thank you all very much my vision is great. I will be getting my other eye treated soon. I will be going to white city to have my other eye treated.

Had a lovely experience in Birmingham. Surgeon was great, talked me through the whole experience and kept me comfortable. Every member of staff was lovely right from reception to waiting room to procedure room.
Only mild discomfort following procedure and by the following morning I felt great and could see perfectly - glasses are now in the bin!

Today I popped into Optical Express Brighton. Adam was just lovely. My eye drops had expired and my check up is in Huddersfield next week, due to being on holiday in this area, I just dropped in and asked if I could possibly get some eye drops. It was no problem at all. Adam was polite at all times and really reassuring that I was welcome. Thank you Adam and Optical Express once again. My eye surgery was June 13th at Meadowhall and I love being able to read without glasses and also see distance signs, when driving with no squinting required. If you are planning eye surgery, you won't find better than Optical Express.

Donna was welcoming, calm and professional. She explained the tests she was carrying out and even walked me through what would happen on the day of my surgery showing me all the rooms and explaining what would happen and who would be in the room. Donna had also had the same surgery so could share little details.

Arjun in the Cardiff clinic was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and was able to guide me through the process very easily. I've booked an appointment for surgery same day thanks to his advice.

Fantastic service from start to finish with my laser eye surgery. I was supported throughout by Abha and Callum in Reading, and by my surgeon Igor who put me at ease throughout. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thanks again

From the first phone call to booking my procedure I could not have asked for more, no pressure to complete the deal and met Sue in Salisbury office who talked me through what to expect, conducted the required tests and followed up the next day to check if any other questions were on my mind. Nice comfortable environment and excellent staff, would have no concerns of recommending others to use OpticalExpress. I will update when lens replacement is completed.

Exceptionally kind considerate service from Sandra and Jill .Helping myself and my Sister in a law who is disabled . Wouldn’t hestitate to recommend these lovely ladies .

Having turned up for my appointment at OE in Peterborough 2 days late I was not only disappointed but felt extremely stupid and embarrassed.i then met Louisa on reception All I can say is there should be Louisa's everywhere. She greeted us with a smile and a geniuneness to want to help you..and she most definitely did.
Louisa had a calmness about her that made you feel at ease, She went off on a mission determined to help me and she sure did, with the help of her manager Iwona they agreed to see me later that morning Not only did Louiaa help me get seen, but she recognises that she deals with people everyday who are anxious or even scared about the procedure they are having done and puts them at ease

I had my capsulotomy without worry and this is my honest review as I can now see clearly thanks to OE Peterborough

We were warmly welcomed and offered drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. A wheelchair was also offered to make navigating the floor easier. Would highly recommend this centre as calm and relaxing.

Had my regular eye test Ameenah at the St Enoch centre branch today. Fast and efficient. The staff were all very friendly.

I had my consultation with Gulfam in Optical Express Uxbridge today, and it went very well. The appointment lasted about 1.5 hours. The team was professional, welcoming, and friendly throughout. They carried out a thorough assessment and explained all aspects of my treatment options clearly, answering all of my questions in detail. I left feeling well informed and reassured.
