My engineer worked efficiently and rapidly. She answered my questions fully,and synced my devices for me. I would recommend her most highly.

The ingenious did not have the tools to finalised the work, i had chosen morning some one came in the afternoon and did not finish properly, also, although he connected the cable to the box and the lights are on, it happend that my phone in the house is using my data base with my phone provided.do I have wi fi

Polite,diligent,helpful. Unfortunately after explaining I would prefer an early appointment in the morning, I missed a lunch meeting and a funeral in the pm.The engineer arrived at 1.30 pm. He did apologize.

Very helpful installer & and even though I wanted the cable in a difficult place he was accommodating.

Our installer was helpful. We are 88 and 90.
He was cheerfull. He left with the phone working.
After 48 hours we contacted EE to get 2 computers working. Very helpful and patient. Our problem was with our 'old' fingers. Understood what we needed to do... but had a physical problem. All well finally
