Mark was fabulous. Only 4* due to a price increase of £300 each after we'd booked which wasn't Mark's fault as he dealt with this professionally.

Dealing with Phil at onyx cruises has been nothing but a pleasure. All my inquiries were dealt with in a timely fashion, if he was unsure of something he would go away find out and get back to me without delay.I am organising a safari and cruise package for my 70th birthday along with one of my great friends who is also 70 in the same year. Phil seamlessly married both our packages together without a problem. Onyx and Phil are extremely good at what they do. It’s the first time I have ever used them and it will not be the last.

Very professional service
I have just booked a Celebrity cruise with Onyx and was very pleased with the service I received. I live in Spain so everything needed to be completed over the phone, however their agent Phil was very professional and took time to explain the process. I will definitely use Onyx again in the future.
