Very happy going on holiday with Imagine Cruising for the third time .
So lovely to talk to very professional and worm Calvin and finally booking by Kayle.
She deserves a medal for patients and kindness towards myself and lynda.

From booking our amazing trip to South Korea and Japan we were kept informed with information documentation. The transfers from the airport to the hotel in South Korea were excellent as was the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port.
Our only moan would be our indirect flight back to the UK from Narita. Our outbound flight was direct with Virgin to Seoul of 11 hours 45 minutes. Our return flight was from Narita to Doha 11 house 30 minutes and then a flight from Doha to Heathrow of 7 hours 30 minutes. Of course we should have asked about the duration of the return flights but to travel a further 7 hours 30 minutes meant a very long journey home

I contacted Imagine having seen a cruise holiday advertised with dates that suited us. I spoke to Aimee who was very helpful and gave us lots of information and a couple of options. After discussing things I rang back to make the booking. I had cause to ring a few times and each staff member was exceptional in their professional, helpful and pleasant approach. In a short time the message had got through and Aimee returned the call. She gave us thorough information without bombarding us which was appreciated.
When I mentioned that this would be our first cruise she gave us useful tips for first timers and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful if she had tried.
One guy mentioned his disappointment with his holiday. We haven’t travelled yet but if the booking process and company are anything to go by, we should have a wonderful time.

Zoe was very helpful when I spoke to her yesterday about the holiday. I wanted to book the holiday but had a few question. She was amazing and very professional she knew all the answers to my questions. I spoke to my husband and we were very happy to proceed with the booking so I called again today and spoke to Zoe and booked the holiday.

I am surprised that so many of these reviews are based on the sales personnel rather than the product itself.

We travelled to Costa Rica and then boarded the Silverseas SIlver Shadow.
In Costa Rica we were placed in a modern corporate style hotel in San Jose and then travelled regularly 4 hours daily to sub standard attractions. None of us felt that we had really visited the country in the way it is described by so many visitors…
The Silver Shadow is an old ship and has a tired feel. The staff were let down badly by the actions of their security staff who delayed our departure at Bridgetown. I wrote to Silverseas but they did not even reply.
It is some time now since that very poor experience but I was prompted into submitting this after receiving Imagine’s glossy brochure today. These trips they put together sound so good I almost fell for it again ..
until I remembered.

Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced staff, with good communication skills and a sense of humour.
The booking process was very efficient.
Meghan was terrific.

Made an enquiry via email and received a quick phone call to discuss my holiday.
Very friendly and professional staff. After further details were exchanged.
Aimee (holiday consultant) phoned me back with a full itinerary for or holiday and a very good price.

Aimee was very helpful during the booking process. Aimee did advise that due to the offer they would be very busy and it did take a long time for a callback which is the only reason it has not 5 stars , it should not detract from the service that AImee provided when we did connect up.

Vincent was extremely helpful answering all of my many questions.
