I’ve had Russell for every inspection since i started renting with this company! He is awesome and professional every time!

ZERO star is the best rate for On q. I trusted them to manage my brand new home but unfortunately they failed to do the proper screening with the tenant. I found out tenant has a current eviction and other red flags. They told me that tenant lied in their application. But there are ways to find out... Because of this, I had a trauma renting my house again and negatively affected my life.

Just wanted to leave this review to say how great my experience with Russell Aston was today. He’s very knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient. Thanks for making my appointment go smooth and easy.

Russell did a great job with the routine inspection as usual!! I’m lucky enough to get Russell every time there’s an inspection and it’s quite pleasant being able to speak with him and I’m happy to see that it’s him every time he shows up. Russell is fast, efficient, thorough, friendly and he has great communication!

Russell just inspected our rental. Very efficient and professional. Very friendly!

I have to give them one star in order to write my review even though they don’t deserve it.
Worst company ever:
1. Unprofessional and have the worst customer service they don’t answer the phone and they get back to you after 3-4 days even if it’s an emergency.
2. They request a lot of documents more than if you’re buying a house.
3. I rented a house through them:
The house was not well maintained after I moved in things start breaking down within the first month the Ac and water filters needs change and when I called them they told me it’s my responsibility to do that.
Dish washer stopped working and it took them 2 months to fix going back and forth between them and the owner of the house that was cheap and low class she use to come to the house without letting us know and without respecting our privacy and taking pictures of the house.
4. If the tell you something like you need to do landscaping they will send you a fine and add it to the rent.
5. My deposit was $3200 they send me back $1164 even I left the house in a better shape than I received it.
Don’t waste your time and money this company is joke they just take your money with no rights.
They block me on Facebook too.

Home inspection was great! Russel was very sweet and courteous!! He deserves $100 for being that awesome!

Everything with this company and especially Jerry was easy and they were quick to answer our questions.

Jerry Reidhead has been great in my experience with on q. He helps out with quick responses and helps out in every way possible. Thanks so much Jerry.

Over 4 years with On Q, not a single late payment, and now I have a new property manager that treats me like garbage. She lies, she's not helpful. When you complain, you immediately get a 10 day eviction notice for something that's literally been that way for 4 years. I've had more fake charges in the past 4 months than I've had in 4 entire years with On Q. Their customer service managers have literally called me and apologized for her behavior and the way she speaks to customers. But then let's her continue to abuse their customers. She can't do her job. I get told one thing and apparently it's completely wrong and I get more false charges. Trying to keep up with their drama is a full time job. A job I don't have the time for. If you value your time and money, never rent from On Q. If you ignore my advice and do rent and end up with Janelle as a your property manager, you're better off breaking your lease and living in a box. Your life would literally be better being homeless versus dealing with her incompetence.

Horrible company. Huge rent hikes each year. Do not trust them…

After moving in a year ago noticed major flooring issues informed property manager Stephanie lambert received no help or fix. Multiple attempts to contact property manager Stephanie by phone and email messages left no return email or call. At a loss with why customer service and professionalism is lacking with this company especially when they are profitable during trying economic times. I would not recommend this company to anyone that appreciates a return call or email when inquiring on a property
