I had intended to draft a detailed report outlining the reasons for awarding Online.net 1 star. I would like to award Zero stars but that is not possible,
However, upon noticing that 76% of reviews also rate it poorly, I've decided not to invest further time in detailing grievances with this unprofessional company.
My advice is straightforward: if your website holds any significance to you, I strongly advise against utilizing this company's services.

Spammer changing domains more often than his panties and i cannot even block that spam. I messaged online.net few times via their contact form on site but also without any reply.
If you are a criminal who sells illegal drugs, or weapons or even cheesecake with raisins (worst crime), this is the website for you. They definitely won't block you, because they are idi..s who likes only money, no matter how obtained.
very bad company
very bad company. Before they ask you to register giving all your sensible data, including bank account, credit card, than they told me I was not eligible to their service, but because of internal privacy policy (what a f@#k!) the can't tell me why I was not eligible.
Impossible to contact!
Don't try to contact SAS Airlines by phone! Trying to follow up on a claim refund today I was once again met with an estimated time for response. Today it was 141 minutes. 2 days ago it was infinite as they were not accepting any more calls. It is pure chance that you get a response from an airline that self proclaims that Customer Service is a priority! Any ideas how you deal with such abysmal service?

horrible service i did not get an email from them and they shutdown my server within 24 hours, it was caught in the spamfilter. Result my hosting down. Instead of giving a customer a call if they received the email they just shut you down. been a customer for years if this is how they treat their customers....
Persistent source of spam
For several years I've been receiving property investment spam, always from different email addresses and domains, and frequently different IP addresses. Recent research revealed that the common factor is that it all originates from Online SAS (ASN12876). It seems they are spammer-friendly, and have been for a long time. Further research threw up a 2019 threat intelligence report from F5 which listed them as the 2nd most prolific source of cybersecurity threats in Europe. Stay away, and block them if you can.

I had a very bad experience with online.net (now Scaleway). The assistance is somehow fake: they answer the first question and then you have to wait days before having the issue fixed (and sometimes you have to wait forever, because they totally ignore their customers. And don't think that having the "Business Level Support" (we do have it) changes things. This kind of assistance is unacceptable for a service which reliability is everything!
Just to be sure nobody experience the problem we had: the worst of their services is the RPN-SAN: we lost data multiple time during the past two years and the simply ignored the problem. We lost customers because of that, but it seems that our french friends don't care at all about data loss.
Their internal network is a total mess, with communications between datacenters that are totally unreliable.
Stay away to Online.net (Scaleway) if you don't want to have a very bad experience!

Cheap, but scams your money if you do it wrong.
The discounts are cheap, but you have to cancel it before 20th or you'll have to pay 1 month more, which is a total scam.

Stay away or ALWAYS use a "Virtual Credit Card" when you sign up to online.net !!!
When I tried to cancel my servers on 1 November 2019 and opened a ticket, they wrote: "If you cancel your server before the 20th of the month, i
t will be terminated at the end of the month, if you cancel it after the 20th of the month, it will be terminated at the end of next month."
When you buy a server at 1st of the month, they can start the servers and charge at 1st of the month. But they do not terminate servers before 20th of the month.
So they say that, you have to pay for 1 more month if you cancel the server after 20th of the month.
They do not delete your credit card details from the system until the servers are terminated and until the payments are done. Also there is no option to delete your credit card informations from the system by yourself.
So I closed my Virtual Credit Card from my bank to block them charging me for 1 more month and stated this to them. And they replied: "You won't be able to work with us anymore if the bill is not paid."
And I said: "Who cares, I already will not work with you again."

They have very bad termination rules and also they have very bad and rude support.
This provider deserves a better rating
I don't know why this provider has got so bad reviews. I doubt these reviewers are non sys admins and they are looking for a fully managed service. But their hardware is extremely reliable. The network is super solid. I order two dedicated servers. One Pro-6-M sd-144977 and another a low end box. The performance of Pro-6-M sd-144977 is rock solid. Their support is blazing fast and you can expect to get a reply on your ticket in under 10 minutes in most cases. It has been almost 2 months and I'm 100% satisfied. If something goes wrong with their service, I'll update this review, but I feel that they will never disappoint me. If you are a sys admin and know how to manage a Linux server, then you should never face any issues with this provider.
