Excellent experience from start to finish. The server was set up very quickly, and the support team was both knowledgeable and friendly.

I made a mistake during the order by selecting the wrong OS, and while reinstalling I ran into issues with IPMI and the installation process. Support responded fast, handled the situation professionally, and resolved everything without any hassle. The server was reinstalled and worked perfectly afterwards.

Great service, fast and reliable to react to support chat

Wow they got me good. Paid for a service that wasn't provided. Basically identical to a scam.

I went through the product registration process, paid, and in my account there was nothing. Just somewhere to change the secret question.

No email was confirming registration or receipt (payment was definitely made). When I logged off to log back on, my email and password didn't work.

Please don't trust Bacloud for your own sake. I read the bad reviews but didn't believe them because of all the "good" ones, but I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake as me.
