Ultimately Disappointing Service

We engaged OneServe for urgent service of legal documents and paid for a 1–3 day timeframe, clearly advising there was a strict court deadline.
Only one unsuccessful attempt was made despite 3 being mentioned on the site, and no proactive updates were provided unless we followed up ourselves.
When I contacted the office to seek clarification due to the urgency, I was spoken to abruptly, told I had been "pestering" them all week (multiple emails where sent on the last day of our time limit), accused of “bullying” for following up on a paid service, and the call was terminated.
I later received a written email from Jason accusing me of bullying, threats, and harassment (which I strongly dispute, I laughed in utter shock at a grown man yelling down the phone at me), stating that no further communication would be accepted and threatening police involvement.
For a business dealing with time-sensitive legal matters, the lack of communication, refusal to engage, and unprofessional conduct was extremely cconcerning. Would I recommend? Probably not.
