Our Villa was beautifully landscaped, had breathtaking views and is very remote. We loved the layout of the house and the multiple kitchen/dining areas especially the outside dining area.
Two of the bedrooms have a "whirpool tub" with a hand held shower that cannot be used while standing.
The garden access bedroom does not have internet wifi.
We can't say enough about our private chef that cooked for us 2 nights during our stay. She was fabulous!!!
The barbecue could not be used because there was no firewood available.
"Onefinestay" did not give us the proper information concerning how to open the gate. We found out how to use it properly, the day before we left, from the gardener. They also did not label any of the keys which took some time to figure out how to access everything.
"Onefinestay" also forgot to collect our security deposit. We asked them to pick it up and they requested that we drive into town to drop it off. We did not have a car to do so.
Cleaning did not take place during the week. We had a towel change and trash collection (which they forgot to take). They were scheduled to come on Wednesday which was changed understandably to Thursday due to weather. They did not arrive on Thursday when scheduled and then showed up as we were getting dressed to go out to dinner.
Check out time was 10am. A lady entered the house around 8:30 and started rearranging, organizing and moving things. Some of the items belonged to us but she didn't speak any English to explain.

Overall the villa was fabulous if you enjoy a private, beautiful, quiet stay.
"Onefinestay" service needs to communicate better.

Great place. Exactly as described. Very close to shopping, food and amenities. The checking process was quite easy. My only minor complaint is the key situation. They should be labeled. Otherwise, no complaints. Great flat!

Regret to say I was disappointed quite early on. The website certainly looked great and offered plenty of information, including (or so it appears) an availability schedule.

I requested a property in London that was listed as available for my dates. A US sales advisor contacted me quickly, but only to say they didn't know whether the property was available but I could ask them to check - which is the point of completing the booking request surely? I confirmed I wanted to know if it was available.

The next contact was to advise that the property is not in fact available for my dates. Bearing in mind the sales agent is in LA and I am in the UK, this exchange was not a speedy process.

I was offered a selection of alternative properties. Before examining them I asked for confirmation they are actually available for my dates, and since then I have heard nothing further.

I assume the idea is to back and forth over each property I might be interested in, until we get a result? That is very inefficient for what appears to be a premium service price point, so I have found what I need from another provider.

Dirty Property; slow response

We booked what we thought would be a beautiful home in London for a week. It was anything but. It was dirty, cluttered, and a huge part of the property was blocked off-- the playroom we expected to have for our kids. We constantly had contractors in our rental disrupting our schedule and naptimes to alleviate the issues and did not receive any credit back. On top of that, their contractors took one of our sets of keys and then they had the audacity to charge a lost key fee. Never again.

UPDATE- one fine stay ended up not charging the key fee and offered a future stay credit. They were communicative and did what they could to make it right for us. Thanks!

They have great options in central London.

The service is great and booking was very easy.

Will definitely use again next time I'm in London.

Everything was so great. The house, the pool, the location, the view. The staff was outstanding. So kind, helpful and fun. Let’s not forget how hard they work to make our stay so wonderful. I love that my family was together in one place to have so much fun with great food and amenities close by. My family and I did nothing but have fun and relax. Everything was taken care of. It was perfect.

The team at Onefinestay was on top of everything, from the planning of restaurants,day trips,car services,charter fishing and sunset cruises. I was sent notices of upcoming events during the trip and they are available 24/7 for any questions or assistance.

House largely well depicted in the photos. Some of the “home truths” could have been more descriptive eg bells tolling from the nearby church. The house was also extremely hot although we were told there would be no air conditioning. House was perfectly located

We rented a beautiful apartment in a great location in Paris. The property was better decorated than 5-star hotels.
There were some unanticipated issues with the apartment, but OneFineStay responded quickly and professionally to make sure we were satisfied.
We will certainly rent with them again.

The team was so helpful! Navigated reservations and we’re willing to help in any way. Only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working. Things happen and it was fine. Thank you!

It was such a gorgeous home...it felt like a home away from home.The team was very responsive to any issues we had.

Our apartment was exactly as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. The check in was above expectations with a tour to explain appliances and any apt quirks. The housekeeping and little adds like quality hair dryers were nice touches. Lastly, the communication throughout the stay was very welcome and helpful. Would definitely use OFS again / recommend!

First on OFS - the team is very responsive at all times. Booking process can be a bit tedious primarily because they don’t have real time availability on all flats. We had to go through a few iterations to find the one we liked and was available for our dates. I guess it depends on each owner and their requirements. But OFS team works hard to get back with availability.
Even during the stay, OFS team was very responsive .. I would only suggest that they might consider changing cleaning services firm .. our flat looked clean but underneath the furniture, there was a lot of dust.. OFS team immediately sent the cleaning team to clear it up ..
Regarding the flat Chepstow road X- it is a beautiful flat, furnishings and decor are as shown in the photo. It was well equipped .. all that is required for a long stay.
It is cozy ie small but I am told that it was a good size for a london flat . Technically, it is meant for 4 adults but I think it can be a bit crowded with 4 adults ..
It has steep stairs .. 3 levels to get to the bedrooms and 2 levels to get to the living room. Again a very london flat feature. But people with knee issues can find it hard to climb up and down.
The flat is very well located - close to several good restaurants, tube stations and grocery stores and Hyde park
We really enjoyed our stay despite the stairs and many thanks to the owners for letting us use their apartment

Fabulous flat in a great location with a lovely neighbourhood feel yet with easy access to central London. The modern flat was spacious, bright, clean and extremely comfortable for our monthlong stay.

The kitchen for the most part was very well equipped and made it easy to prepare home cooked meals. Nespresso machine, French press, and other appliances were top notch. One small suggestion would be to equip the kitchen with a few serving platters and a more complete set of cutlery to make entertaining guests easier. Overall we really loved the flat and would stay again.

This was our first time renting through onefinestay and we were very pleased with the level of service leading up to and during our stay. We will definitely rent through them again in the future.

Excellent, warm and detailed communication before and during our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, but was even better in person than in the photos! It is beautifully decorated throughout with a mix of contemporary, traditional and comfortable. A serious cook lives here, because the kitchen is a dream, equipped fully with high quality EVERYTHING. There was a lovely patio to enjoy the spring weather, some good restaurants nearby and steps from the local library. 10 minute walk to the tube. p.s. this apartment is on three floors, so not for the arthritic, those with memory problems ( forgetting something can mean climbing a lot of stairs) and my only other caution is that the tubs are slippery and there are no safety mats nor grab bars in the bathrooms. These minor complaints aside, our stay was perfect in every way.

From start to finish, working with one fine stay made planning my Cabo trip so easy. The concierge was attentive and knowledgeable and the home was beautiful. We will be using them again!

As I planned an inaugural girl’s trip to Europe, I came across a beautiful property on line managed by One Fine Stay. From my early conversations months ago, till the day we arrived through to the day we left, One Fine Stay was an amazing partner. The entire staff there was wonderful, not only providing a beautiful home in London, but also being available when we needed dining suggestions, and answers to questions about the home and more. We truly appreciated the tasty snacks left for us, as well as the ability to check in early as we were taking the red-eye from America. The home was immaculate and very well appointed. I highly recommend this company.

It was a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. It even had a backyard!

Our onsite concierge, Jose, was terrific. He stopped by daily to ensure all was well, got us tickets to the lagoon, scheduled the cook - who was fantastic - and fixed the air conditioning.
