Overall a good course! Was easy to complete. I did have a few moments where I couldn't understand things as they weren't explained as well as they could've been. I do feel if it had been explained better, I would have benefited more from this course. Thank you for the guidance!

Completion of 120 Hours TEFL/TESOL Advanced Diploma
I'm so glad that I could pass the exam and receive both the Quality Licence Scheme and CPD certificates and the relevant transcripts. After the course, I learn that teaching people English is not an easy job no matter what qualifications I have gained. The most important thing is that I should realize each student's background and have patience with them.
By the way, I would like to thank your college staff, Ryan, Ashton and Mark, who provide assistance before and after the course. Certainly, the course is worth being taken by everyone who wants to teach people English in an effective way.

Trainers - avoid this platform
Having signed up as a course provider in 2020, we were excited. The same course was doing exceptionally well on our other 2 platforms, and continues to do so. 5 years later and £3.75 richer in the royalties from OneEducation, we have been met with ignored emails on too many occasions to count including the one asking them to remove the course. In addition, we have had emails from them asking us to collaborate with them, despite us already having a contract with them, so communication is obviously appalling within the company as well as with clients. I should have realised and got suspicious when I had to point out multiple typos and errors in the contract.
Not only all of this, but we found they had illegally sub-letted it to another company without our permission!
On the final email, when it took a demand of a monthly fee for them to remove our course, in one paragraph they said they'd made it private so there had been no sales and in another paragraph they said "We truly did our best to promote and support the course, but unfortunately, the outcomes did not align with expectations." For a course that has done so well on other platforms, forgive me for not believing any of that.

Be careful of unclear subscription charges
Course content didn’t feel credible and after reviewing a number of courses I gave up. It was unclear that I had signed up to an annual subscription and despite not using the platform for over a year I have been charged for a further year. When contacting customer service they have refused to refund me, despite me not having used the platform.

The course was not well delivered
The course was not well delivered, explained or well paced. The presenter may have had good knowledge on the topic, but he was not a good teacher. I had to google much of the information or techniques he talked about, because they were not that well explained. Poor course, each video was a minute or two long, and each time he would say the same thing, "thanks guys, see you next time." which is ridiculous when you are going to do a short course like this in one go.

Review of functional skills English, Maths and IT
I have recently completed the Post Graduate certificate of Education, and I purchased this course as a refresher,, for subject enhancement The quality of teaching of the maths course is poor. I didn't understand the foreign accent of the maths tutor. She talked too quickly, and didn't face the camera, so I could clearly hear what she was saying. I gave up trying to follow the course content.
However functional skills English and IT were brilliant courses. The tutors spoke slowly and clearly.I have edited my previous review because I think it's a bit harsh to rate it as a 2 for all three courses. My final score for all three countries in the bundle is 2 out of 3.

I gave this company ago in 2023
I gave this company ago in 2023, to see if the course where any good. I took out the 1yrs subscription. The courses are not great so when I was charged again in 2024, I cancelled the same day june 4th 2024 and let that payment slide as it was my fault. But fastfowrd to June 4th 2025 and they have taken the subscription again! I cannot reach anyone one via the phone number and as yet no reply to my initial message I sent in the 4th asking for a refund. Think twice before taking a subscription out.
Reply, thank you for replying and no I have not had any response to my emails. I am aware that the subscription renews annually, I double checked and the subscription for 2024 is showing as cancellation pending from June 4th last year.

The courses are useless. Not really informative and difficult to read as they seem to be either written by non-English or dyslexic people.
I cancelled this in 2023, got charged another full year subscription in 2024 which upon my enquiry they said they can't do anything as I agreed to the T&Cs and they don't have any record of me cancelling and now the exact same situation. Got charged another £105.60 for another year.
If you are thinking of subscribing DO NOT do that unless you want to be paying yearly subscriptions for nothing. The courses are rubbish and they never seem to be receiving the cancellation requests charging you every single year for yet another subsription.
