Fantastic service and support.
I contacted the Onceit support team after accidentally purchasing the wrong size shoes. Their service was excellent - quick, clear, and helpful communication, and they sorted my issue swiftly too.
The correct sized boots were on my doorstep the next day, and my refund for the initial purchase was completed speedily too. Very impressed with the friendly and efficient support and service :)

Fantastic Customer Service
I accidentally put the wrong sized shoe in my cart which I only noticed once the order was placed. I contacted the support team who were incredibly helpful, they contacted the supplier immediately and the supplier was happy to change the size before dispatching. This was a huge relief and saved me so much hassle.
I shop with Onceit regularly and have always received great service, fast shipping and great products!

Onceit refunds are slow!!
The return process with Onceit is so slow and painful. There communication from the customer service team is prompt, but they can never provide any information on when returns will be processed. My return took at least 4 weeks to process, which is much longer than the website states.
I am still waiting on a second refund, which has been at least 2 weeks with no communication!

The first refund was processed on the 27/03 and I can see the balance of the returned order was refunded this morning before I even saw this review. Apologies for the delay in processing these returns, but it would greatly assist us if you could always provide confirmed tracking details to the Customer Service team. I can see that you never provided tracking details so it is hard to ascertain how long the courier network took with your return parcels and we don't have any idea when it was actually received back at the warehouse. For future reference, once we know that a parcel has been returned to our warehouse, we can expedite the refund process and assist you if the tracking number is provided to us. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Roz. I needed to return a product that was missing a part and was damaged in transit. Roz kept me in the loop the whole time and worked with the supplier so I didn't need to return the product (saving courier costs) and still received a credit for the purchase price. Amazing customer service 😃

Roz customer service super star
Roz, from customer service, intervened when an order from suppliers, took ages to arrive. She handled the situation with good grace and endured my, at times, grumpy emails. She also maintained regular correspondence until the situation was resolved.

Really helpful support team
I bought a bamboo quilt from Once-it that never arrived, and they were very good at keeping me regularly updated about tracking, what steps they were taking to find the parcel, as well as alternative options. They sent me a replacement and gave me the tracking for it immediately as well as giving me additional support. Great customer service!

Once It Brilliant Customer Service
I had accidentally made a mistake when buying. I forgot to change delivery address as I have moved, and pressed pay before realising what I had done.
Roz from customer service was great! Replied very promptly and sorted it very quickly. Once it customer service has always been top notch in my experience. Would highly recommend.

Selling without checking if they have stock
I bought a Christmas present early December for Christmas, the estimated delivery date was between the 16th and 20th and on the 20th they emailed me saying that they don't have stock. They have refunded my money but I created a last minute Christmas stress. They offered me just $10 credit as a compensation.
