Great service
They are always super quick at responding and great at explaining if/why something has gone wrong is missing from the order etc. Unfortunately I missed out on a product I had ordered due to undersupply but this was not OnceIt’s fault! Stella explained the situation to me and was super understanding and prompt with replies. Great service even though it wasn’t the best situation! Looking forward to getting the rest of my order.

D grade online customer service
This is now twice I have had very low quality customer service from this online retailer. Both times relate to after sale service which for online retailers is paramount. The first was a freight related query that was unresolved and the representative kept giving me information impossible to act on directing me to contact Aust post, who were directing me to contact onceit. Numerous emails resulted in the same redundant information so I gave up.
The second was a problem with their website which kept deleting a matching item from the shopping cart when I went to pay. I tried a number of times and eventually gave up buying the coordinating item. Out of curiosity I went back in to see if it would allow me to add the item on its own which it did so I purchased it, having now accrued 2 freight charges for items that should have been on one order if not for their website issues. I emailed customer service and once again the same dismissive tone and non help, I was given a $5 voucher to use on my next purchase which of course there won’t be. Two strikes and you’re out Onceit I would not trust this company if you are looking here to decide whether to try them.

We are sorry that you feel this way and we do value customer service as a proudly Kiwi owned business that places immense value on keeping customers happy and satisfied. Without you we are nothing. But with that said, I have had a very close look at all the interactions with our CS team here and there needs to be some corrections made to your review. This wasn't a "freight related query". You placed your order on 23rd August to ship to Australia and provided the incorrect physical address. We shipped the product on time and you then made contact with us on the 1st September with the information that AusPost advised that your order would be sent back to the shipper as it couldn't be delivered. My customer service team then tried their hardest to get this parcel re-delivered and we were advised by AusPost that the customer needs to make contact with them. I have heard of them also not taking any ownership and advising Aus based customers to make contact with Onceit. It seems there is a pattern here and I apologise for these mixed messages being received from them as they certainly do like to pass the buck. We also could not re-divert or request re-delivery through NZ Post as their system does not allow this for Aus orders once in their network. The only solution offered by AusPost was that they could confirm your parcel was awaiting collection at an AusPost store. Knowing AusPost and managing our global supply chains for a long period of time, I know that AusPost will never redeliver and they are a law unto themselves. We tried everything we could to assist you, but the incorrect address was provided by yourself. We don't have control over freight companies but we certainly do try and assist as much as we possibly can. I have reviewed all communication and can confirm that our team responded quickly, efficiently and with empathy. With regard to your second issue encountered, with your order placed 8th Sep, we checked with our Dev team and there definitely were no system issues with checkout or items in the cart around that time. This item you purchased was the last unit in stock, it may have been added into somebody else's shopping cart at the same time and the system could not correctly allocate it to you. The other reason could be that the sale ended when the item was in your cart. But there should definitely only be one flat rate shipping for combined items. I can see you placed another order and the shipping to Aus has cost you $ 9.99. To assist you and a token of apology, I have credited your Onceit account with a credit of $ 20 to cover this extra cost incurred by yourself. We hope this helps and we appreciate the feedback and sincerely hope that you give us another opportunity here to offer you the level of service expected and also the level of service that we know we do provide. I also tried calling you this morning and left a message so that we could take ownership of this and make it right with you. Thank you Craig

Amazing service ,full refund
I purchased a pair of molini boots for my school teacher daughter and mother of three,the boots were fabulous but faulty with the sole coming apart,unable to be repaired do to the mounded sole and all sold out ,staff were so amazing and caring and offered a full replacement .so pleased as this is the only issue we have ever had , all our other purchases have been amazing ,thank you ❤️❤️❤️
