good reliable service
I was satisfied with the service because the goods arrived in good condition and within 3 days.
My only complaint concerns an e-mail message which arrived saying my payment had not gone through. When I received it I tried to work out what could have gone wrong but in the end everything seemed ok so I phoned the customer service number to find out what the problem was. I was told that everything was ok. Fine!! but why wasn't I told that earlier? I would have saved a lot of time and needless worry. (An e-mail confirming payment arrived AFTER my telephong call.)

Reasonably good buying experience
Transportation costs surprisingly low.
The transport to Finland was some difficulty, it took longer than had been promised.
I asked about the warranty, maybe the wrong email address when I have not received a reply.
Perhaps the language problems also caused some difficulties.
All in all we are satisfied with your services.
