Unfortunately i can't give them 0 stars.. I order and pay everything.. And Spent £32.49 .. I receive the confirmation email that all is confirmed and says will be being shipped soon then give me a link to check on the delivery status which i did to find out that every item has been cancelled. I received nothing explaining anything about a cancellation or refund or any reason why my order was cancelled in the first place. Now i have to check and find out if the payment i made has been refunded back to me as i have no idea when they cancelled it. As a first time buyer i doubt i will be returning to be messed around again.

I'll put it simply.... IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING YOUR SUPPLIES ONLINE THEN BUT FROM OLIVASTU.... they are the BEST online head shop, amazing choice and even better customer service from Pritesh.

Easy and quick with a great selection. I struggle to find the 130mm rolling papers in bulk but Olivastu never seems to be without the ones I want!

Ordered the pollen T-press, very fast delivery although it broke on first use, the threads just completely gave in so it doesn’t tighten anymore, this could be a reflection of the price as it was very cheap but it did seem very wellbuilt/sturdy, even in person so maybe it was faulty or my fault but I only hand tightened it so I expected it withstand that pressure

I ordered it last week and it came within a week. All and all it was great. It came with a great smell too!

Arrived so fast and was packaged well, I ordered a chongz piece the perc is sound but some of the connections aren’t blow perfectly straight I’m not a perfectionist all I would say is the name brands aren’t always better than the unmarked stuff

Brilliant product only thing was that the postage took a week but its here now and the product is a brill smoke

Professer herb 500mg pen was broke if you sucked too hard it would constantly burn and taste rank, and the white widow flavour was nasty aswell maybe but fuction wise it works
