All products (4 pairs of shoes, multiple hairbows and socks) arrived very quickly, in less than a week from Spain to NZ to be exact!
They are beautiful and so far appear to be correct sizing. They are exactly as pictured and described on the website! I will be back next season!

Defective shoes bought from USA and they don’t recognize them after showing the obvious pictures …
I purchased shoes that came defective and they didn’t want to recognize it just to not pay for overseas shipping. Then, they gaslight me with excuses saying the australian boots, full of poke holes in the leather on sides and front of boots where normal. Those holes are the ones shoe makers follow to match seems. The shoe maker made the mistake to stitch far from holes so you can see them. They are the size of a shoe buckle hole. The ivory rock boot has the tong finishing where a regular low shoe is. More than obvious that it belong to a way smaller size and put in that boot by mistake. After they looked at pictures I sent, they said the shoes had no defects and they replied to my email with pictures of two different pair of shoes. This brand dont stand behind customers and don’t refund defective items. To all my peeps from American continents, be aware that if you get a defective shoe, you will be stuck with it and need to file to the legal department of your credit card. I recommend to do that and attach screenshots. When the credit card collects a few customers, they can even fine and cut links with the shop.
For Okaaspain, dont even bother to reply with lies or misleading messages. Americans are educated and will do their research. I had been buying from Okaaspain for over 5 years. First time I need to reach out to them, this happens. Good luck to all customers paying for overseas shipping and getting stuck with defective products that Okaaspain. They will not take responsibility

The models are not defective, and we have sent you photos of the models you have bought showing you that they all come the same.
If they are the same model that you have bought, in a different color, because we do not have any stock left of the same color that you have bought.
Likewise, as we have indicated, if the models are not to your liking, you can perfectly process the return.

1. Ordering online was good, however I was advised expected delivery that there were missing details in what I filled up and had to pick up the order elsewhere. Google maps showed place was open at 4pm, however when I got there they are only open at 5pm so had to make adjustments in my schedule and it was our last full day in Madrid so wanted to make sure that package was picked up.
2. Quality is good, size is accurate, price is good. Products featured came out as expected.
