Made an order on 31st October. Today it’s 19th December and I still haven’t got the shoes. Only after sending emails asking about my order, they told me about a delay. The shoes were going to be send ‘shortly’ on the 3rd December. It’s been more than 2 weeks and still nothing. Avoid it at any cost!!! Never again.
I received my order in Fedruary, and returned 2 pairs of shoes also in February. Since then , I have never received a refund!!!! I keep sending emails, they keep apologizing and tell me they will remind accounting the refund is not yet paid, but this is just a lie. It is now November, and again the reply I get to my email demanding my refud is: "We're sorry it is taking so long, we will tell accounting to refund you as soon as possible". All lies, a bunch of thieves and scammers. I will never by from them again and will keep sending this messages until I have my money back!!!

Purchased a pair of ballet shoes in October 2024, Paid and despatched the order, but it never arrived! Have contacted them several times by email and still have no refund. Paid £52. Totally corrupt business. Do not buy from this company
I placed an order with OKAA for 2 pairs of shoes on 10th October 2024. 10 weeks later I still have not received these shoes or even had shipping details sent to me.
In this time I have emailed OKAA and had responses from them 5 times.
They were originally continuously blaming the courier company for the reason why my order hadn't been sent.
On 25/11/24 they sent an email saying they will proceed to process my order. As of today 19/12/24 I still have had no tracking details sent to me. They have just sent me an email saying they will send my order next week. So we will see if I receive any valid tracking number next week, but my question to them is why next week? What is the reason for a further delay when I have waited 10 weeks already! Are this company a fraud???
I requested a refund through PayPal and via email to OKAA and am happy to say I have received the refund.
It's a shame I had this experience as my experience with OKAA a few years ago was not like this and I loved there shoes.
Avoid this company they are scammers take your money and never send the goods customer service pedidos is sarcastic and rude doesn't care that after 1 month no Items have been sent please avoid this company
Ordered 3 pair of shoes on September 11, 2024. This order was never shipped, company failed to provide even approximate dates of delivery. I sent several emails asking to provide details about the shipment status. After a month of waiting for my order and still not getting even approximate dates of delivery, I cancelled the order and requested refund. Company said they will transfer the request to financial department. One month later still no refund, I sent an email reminding to refund, they apologised but few weeks later still no refund and no update. Will be taking legal action, unless I get a refund within a week. My patience is over, this kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.
I returned a pair of shoes at the start of September 2024. We are now in November and I am still waiting on my refund regardless of the continuous emails I send them. I simply get a polite apology email back and then nothing. I am so disappointed with their appalling customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.
A major warning.....do not buy from them unless you want your money stolen from you.
I bought a pair of shoes last tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered until thursday (in the website said that would last from 24 to 48 hours). I didn´t have any news from the company since the moment I paid the shoes. I already called but the phone line is always busy. I also sent an email but I didn´t received any answer. I returned shoes in may 2024. We are now October and i have not received the refund. I send emails, get polite replies but nothing happens.

The worst website to do shoppings. I actually thought they seemed professional, and bought a pair of shoes last year and exchanged it for a smaller size. And this summer I bought again two pairs of shoes and returns one of them. But it’s been more than two weeks and I cannot use the contact form on their website to reach them to ask about my refund. I actually thought the one from last year had been refunded to me and didn’t check my bank account. But when I checked a few days ago and found out that they didn’t even refund my money last time either. If only had I known, I wouldn’t have purchased again this year. A very scamming website and store, be very careful.
Finally after going through trustpilot, they returned my money. After all, not every client is that easy to be fooled with. I didn’t have to do this if only they had refunded it on time professionally. Took them a year to refund my first return, very unprofessional and inefficient.
