Useless customer service. Either you can type on a chat with a robot which collects all sorts of useless information for 5 minutes before you are connected to a real person. This interchange is very slow, hampered by having to explain by typing on a phone keyboard. Alternatively you can phone and you end up in an endless queue with awful repetitive loud music

Online chat was swift and simple to use. Rearranging an appointment was easy. Pleasure to speak with Fredrick who quickly dealt with my issue and offered a number of new dates.

While process from start to finish was how customer service should be. Tim the installer was very professional, a text the day before to check the charger had arrived and confirm arrival time. Arrived at 8:30am on the dot. Had seen the videos and pictures I had taken so knew about the requirements. Explained everything in detail, best and very tidy install and made sure I knew how to work everything. Top class all round.

Communication is really poor. The date was changed without highlighting this or checking the new date was convenient, ending up with me staying in for 2 whole days. There was no indication made of when the engineer would arrive. However the engineer himself was fast, efficient and worked tidily, clearing up after himself.

I needed some clarification on my order and got swift and effective service using the live chat function on the Ohme website. It was a stark contrast to forever being stuck on hold on the phone with some other service providers.

Had a few issues trying to find a location as the house is relatively newly built and construction still ongoing in the area. Emily was professional and offered great support on getting the ball rolling again. Hopefully can now get a charger installed

Been without a working charger for nearly a month. Since 7th. Reported to Octopus on 7th and direct to Ohme 10th.

Disabled. Motability vehicle. No money to charge public, no money left after doing so week 1 to buy food. No way to take my children anywhere so far in the Summer holidays. Literally stuck where I am with no independence and destitute.

Engineer day finally arrives. Cancelled (family emergency apparently)☀️🍹. Next appointment availability another 18 days. That will be 6 WEEKS! If they show.

Was a battle to get this far. Had to go via complaints fir any action. But sti) no accountability. Product doesnt work, they should be paying for charging until it does.

The installer was excellent. He took the time to explain usage and was generally very helpful. The installation was very neat and he cleared the dust and packaging away before he left.
I am very pleased with the Ohme product which I have found is easy to use.
Overall the installation and product is excellent and I would highly recommend it for anyone requiring a home ev charger.

From the time I completed the form to installation, I was kept up to date with information. On the day of installation, the engineer made contact and arrived on time, he was friendly and professional and was able to give me information about using the charger. Very Happy with the service.

As a retired facilities manager I have overseen many electrical installations and it was a pleasure to watch the engineer at work He was very technically knowledgeable and obviously took great pride in his work It is extremely unusual these days to find someone who knows exactly what they are doing and to have pride in their work
The installation is perfect and would highly recommend this company without hesitation

The front panel has fallen off, the adhesive has failed on it, unfortunately it fell on debris so cannot be re-glued back on. OHME refuse to send a replacement, it’s now exposed to the elements and therefore dangerous, they just don’t care. I’m having it isolated due to the high risk, and will have to buy a new charger, certainly won’t be getting an OHME one!
