Total scam

Having purchased a new home through Taylor Wimpey and THEN realising I'm stuck with OFNL which basically has a monopoly on your choice of Internet, I'm actually so disappointed. Basically you can expect Internet prices to be DOUBLE the standard broadband prices, for the exact same speed package.

Basically it's a scam and OFNL benefits from you having to go through them. I'm sure there's all sorts of backhanded deals going on with developers and I'm surprised the gov haven't done ANYTHING.... but then again I wouldn't be surprised if they are involved.

Friendly & Quick Service

Had a fault with my connection due to some careless builders, Paul was sent out within a couple of days, he was really friendly and was able to fix the issue and help me patch my connection so that I could connect to my router in a different room. Great first experience with OFNL.

Paul the North Engineer was excellent…

Paul the North Engineer was excellent today sorting out our OFNL broadband connection. He identified the issue, explained what needed to be done and cracked on got the issue sorted. A genuine nice bloke who was pleasant and professionall.

Limited suppliers and overpriced

Limited suppliers and overpriced. Adding this kind of thing to new builds is a scam. Contracts for new estates between builders and whoever owns this needs to stop.

Excellent service

Paul attended to try to repair our Internet connection. Received an estimated time of arrival in the morning and a firmer arrival time estimate later on.

Paul was friendly and very helpful and we were back online quickly, he also gave some extra helpful advice on improving our signal throughout the house.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned with a fault on Monday, engineer booked for Tuesday. Paul, the engineer sent a text with an exact time of arival. Turned up on time, extremely friendly and helpful. Soon found the problem and we had a internet connection within 25 minutes. I can't fault any part of the service from Ofnl, or our engineer, Paul.

Excellent service from Mark

Our internet went down in the evening. We contacted OFNL at the time and despite trying to reset our ONT box the issue couldn’t be fixed. An engineer appointment was booked for a few days later. First thing the following morning Mark (OFNL engineer) contacted us and arranged to attend within the hour. He found the cause really quickly and repaired the fault. So appreciate all Mark did. First rate service.
