Unreliable seller
I placed an order that was marked as “immediately available” on Saturday, with a clear requirement to receive it by Friday the following week.
On Monday, I proactively contacted support and was assured by Susanne that the order would ship on Tuesday and arrive on time. That commitment was not met. The logistics provider attempted collection on Tuesday, but ofen.de failed to respond, resulting in a missed pickup.
After escalating again, I was offered premium shipping on Wednesday with a revised delivery promise for Friday. This also did not materialise. Communication then stopped entirely, including no response to requests for escalation or management contact details.
The order was only collected on Thursday, making timely delivery impossible.
The core issue is not just the delay, but the lack of accountability, missed commitments, and breakdown in communication. If timing is critical, this is not a reliable vendor.
