After receiving a new Napoleon with a broken handle (it happened during shipment). I contacted Grillfürst via email. After sending a few Mails and Pictures. I got a new Top with handle.

Had an issue with one part of a grill (caused by the manufacturer), and it was easily and swiftly replaced.

The entire order and shipping process was easy and fast. Unfortunately my product arrived broken.

After a complaint about a defective item, the response was very quick and a replacement item was sent the same day. After a very short time I had a replacement item and this time it worked.
