This has nothing to do with the film which my son and I enjoyed. When we left around 1020 pm on Mon 19/10/26 we followed another couple out and proceeded to the door we came in which was locked. Couldn’t see any exit signs and as it was my first time here I wasn’t sure. Next to the door I thought was the opening which turned out to be clear glass and no signs on. Which I crashed into caused bruising to my head and right knee which shook me up. The couple behind us said that’s dangerous as they would have probably done the same. There was no staff about and I’m sure you will be able to see on your cctv.

This has put me off going there after this event and hope nobody else succumbs to a worse fate

Good cinema but very cold in screen. Distracting from experience.

Dated and cold, plus stale popcorn. Omniplex is 10 times better and cheaper

I booked my tickets on a layout that showed a large cinema on attending I found that I had paid for expensive
seats that did not exist it is a con to show large seating areas and then put people into a smaller cinema room

great film , staff friendly , foyer nice , but in general cinema looking 'tired' and the toilets let the place down,scruffy and not very pleasant and they have been like it for a long time.

Overall I would say a poor experience, the
member of staff on the food counter was too busy filling out paperwork for the shift, that was obviously meant to be hourly checks.
The doors to the screen weren’t shut before the start of the movie so you could hear everything going on in the corridor and other screens.
Paid for premier seats (extra leg room and space) although tbf the legroom is greater but the seats were actually normal seats and very uncomfortable, they definitely need an upgrade to be charged a premium price for, this was in screen 3.

Good car parking, excellent seating and amazing screening.

We’ve been to the Odeon, Merry Hill, many times over the years and a few times over the last couple of months… with our grandchildren and all the family and the past 2 weeks to the Silver Screen.
All of your staff are so helpful. Professional and friendly. The cinema is really clean and tidy.. a visit to yourselves is always a really good experience .. looking forward to many more visits ..

I saw the film Michael today and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the Silvers with a free drink and biscuit.

Cinema experience was great.
My birthday popcorn however was stale and old. Really disappointed

Awful, flim was meant to start at 1:10pm today, a member of the public went to go and tell a staff menu that nothing was on screen,13:30 staff came in saying they had to rebut the system should be on in a minute. 13:43, told wasn’t working

Visited this cinema with service users as part of my work, and unfortunately, the experience was absolutely horrendous. Screen 6 smelt strongly of faeces, making the environment unbearable. The smell was so bad that we had to leave after just five minutes because the clients began heaving.

To make matters worse, when we tried to raise the issue with staff, they appeared completely uninterested and unwilling to help. The lack of concern or response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

This experience raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the cinema, as well as the standard of customer service. We had come to enjoy a film, but the conditions made it impossible to stay, and our attempt to report the issue was dismissed. Management needs to take this seriously, investigate what happened in Screen 6, and address both the hygiene concerns and the poor response from staff. Customers should not have to endure such disgusting conditions or feel ignored when raising a legitimate complaint.
