Worst experience while getting a loan.
Somehow nykredit’s staff can just judge people’s lifestyle. I applied a house loan form serval banks and all of them replied with nice solutions. But this guy in nykredit just told me that my loan is too risky and I can only left 500 for a month for a living Lmao. Which is not true but whatever. Highly doubt that if he is really doing his math or just simply don’t want to get bother by small deals. Anyways. This bank just sucks and the whole loaning system is ridiculous. Good luck with people who needs to deal with this bank.

Living an absolute nightmare. Never seen so much lack of empathy or care towards customers. I have attempted to open a bank account for 3 months now with Nykredit in Copenhagen. Each time you call, they tell you a different story, a different date and extend the deadline further to buy more time. I am living in Denmark and can't have a basic payment account to receive my salary here. I am an EU citizen and as such, we are entitled to a basic payment account anywhere in the EU. This is completely ignored by Nykredit. I have spent so much of my time on endless calls, emails, and formal complaints, and nothing concrete happens, only apologies and the account is never open. They also do not provide a reason for not opening the account and for not complying with EU regulations. Think twice before trying.

Never have time for us even though we bought an apartment

Har send mail til Nykredit for Taxa leasing flere gang send alle documentation. Forklar alt. Men endlig ikke få svar ja eller nej. De spiler min tid.

Short version:
- I move to the bank because they said ok to a Boliglån 4% for a 175.000kr for 5 years.
- After i move in the middle of the transaction, after talking to the realstate agent that I was going to buy the house and my lawyer. My advisor "the same woman who said yes on the first time" said they can't give me a boliglån and she apologized.
- She found a solution 2 Banklån 9% 75000 and 10% 100.000 and i had to make a life insurance.
- I accept it "i was in the middle of the transaction doh" for 5 years and she said that i can pay it faster without any problems. REMAMBER this at the end of the story.
- I paid the both Banklåns in 1 year, doh it was 9% and 10%.
- 4 months ago i told her my plans and i ask her if i will able to have boliglån in the future because i will like to buy an apartment to rent it out.
- I asked if is possible to pay it faster "i need to know my options because is a loan that is for 20 - 30 years and is the biggest/expensive decision of my life".
- She said that on boliglån is much complicated to pay it faster and if i want to have it i need to com with a minimum 30% of the price of the house.
Minimum 30%?
That's mean if normally down payment is 5% , banklån 25% and 70% realkredit. That mean no banklån.
I think i'm on a black list because i paid that 2 låns to fast, i don't regret, i accept the 9 and 10% but also i asked her if i can pay faster before i took this 2 banklåns.
Now i'm looking for a new bank because they will never give me again a banklån.

Worst Bank in Denmark!
I wanted to open a bank account, was told that i will have it in less than a month. It is almost 4 months no answer to my problem. Called them like 15 times, been to their bank 3 times in Horsens ... same answer, no solution. Real bad customer support. Don't recommend it

Want to share my very bad experience. I used cash machine in front of Nykredit bank, and got 12 banknotes cut at the middle. I entered bank to complain. Bank employee told me "bank has nothing to do with that" and that banknotes does not look so bad. As I claim I am bank customer I got number to call ATM company, who were surprised with statement "bank has nothing to do with it" but are trying to help. However, this is not the first time I got 1-2 banknotes to some degree damaged at this cash machine, but it never happened almost all are. And I surely do not deserved someone to green at me, for asking to get what I paid for.

Very good bank. have been with them for several years and totally happy with their service.

Truly great experience with customer service, specifically the advisor Jacob Aagaard. Not only did he provide professional advisory and guidance on selecting the right mortgage instruments, but he was also even kind enough to help us when we needed advice on other matters that did not directly concern Nykredit.
