Nice to not hear a recording or AI
I needed to hire an agent for my new LLC. Did some research and was deciding between Northwest and another company. I tried calling the other company to ask questions and got AI. Called Northwest and there was no machine/ai, I spoke directly with Amanda Brooke and had a wonderful experience. She was great with helping me set everything up and their service includes everything I needed from an agent service. Thanks for the help!

The Best Customer Service Ever
Customer service is top tier. I talked directly to a person (which surprised me) and Baylee knew so much she had answers to all my complicated questions. Hands down THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had. I haven't signed up yet but their service seems better than any other provider out there.

My experience has been so stellar with Northwest Registered Agent! We set up our online store this month thanks to the quick and easy-to-use platform in creating a LLC last month. Very bad service wiht Northwest…
Very bad service wiht Northwest Registered Agent - I have been chasing them for over 2 weeks for a refund, and they have ignored all requestes, even though they did not do what I had paid for them.
I get a standard email from them, sayign they received my email, but never reply. My next steps is raising a fraud chargeback with my credit card, which is disappointing.
Their system also keeps crashing. I am looking at changing registered agents. I have 3 entities.

Exceptional Customer Service
I had been paying for a service I never actually needed or used for well over a year, and the customer service rep I spoke with went well beyond my expectations. He not only helped cancel the service, but also took the initiative to refund several months of monthly fees.
That level of care, fairness, and professionalism is rare, and very much appreciated. We will be using Northwest Registered Agent for all of our registered agent needs in the future.

1 day turnaround time
After spending a long time scoping out my options for which state to form my LLC in, future tax requirements / re-domestication concerns, etc, I called Northwest Registered Agent and within 10-15 minutes Cady Gibbs (the representative who picked up) had kindly answered all of my questions. I signed on to form an LLC on their website that evening, and by 9:30AM the next morning they had all the company formation documents finished. I'm wowed by how fast the process is, and how responsive and friendly they are. The ease is well worth the $40 package price.
